Dated 4* hotel with a 2* kitchen and no Chief. Unable to cook more than one type of food, no choise; ie Egg for breakfast, boiled, fried or scrambled but only one with either sausages or bacon. We stayed for 12 nights. Machico is normally a quiet resort however annual food festival was on from 31st July to 9th August making evenings noisy until early hours of morning.
