Just back from a 10 day stay. Stayed at Hotel on All inclusive which was great value for money. Everywhere spotlessly clean and well kept. Food good, plentiful and lots of choice. Bar staff friendly, especially Rui who was fabulous at making gin and tonics! Nightly entertainment at the hotel was fine... Included traditional dancers once a week which created... More

Lovely hotel, doesn't look like much from the outside. Restaurant in house and across the road. Food portions could feed two across the road, great prices. Twenty minutes walk away there are more restaurants and shops, clothes, booze, food, souvenirs etc even a supermarket. There is also a playground and a rock beach with an amazing view and pier. You... More

Wonderful island lovely location. We stayed I week June 15th 2014 at the dom pedro good value for money overall but you need to know that the vast majority of the clientele are French and German and really it is geared up for them.( but the staff all speak good English)my wife and I are vegetarian and although the salads... My wife and I together with two other couples have just returned from an all inclusive week at the dom Pedro. The hotel is well situated for all that Vilamoura has to offer and provides easy access to the beach and marina. The pool, grounds and spa are very well maintained and despite the hotel being full there were sun beds... Great couple of weeks on this well placed and friendly hotel. Hotel could do with a bit of refurbishing as it does not look like a 4 star on the bedroom department, but the placement of this hotel on the bay, making it easy to walk everywhere in the village, the low prices charged and the friendly environment on the... Just back from a week's all inclusive at this hotel with my sister. Our purpose for choosing all inclusive was so we could take packed lunches on our walks (this was the main reason for visiting Madeira), and then relax with a few drinks after dinner, as we were not there to party the night away in town. The place... More

Excellent location. Minutes from the airport. Panoramic views from hotel. Beautiful, friendly local village with quaint churches, bars and restaurants all dressed up for xmas.Piped music in the street.Eating out very good. 10 euros for 14% proof bottle red wine. Gala meals at hotel great, then all a bit downhill after that. So we ate out.

Just back after 1 week's stay. The hotel was clean and the room adequate, however the hot food was awful both for choice and taste. There was no atmosphere although there was entertainment each evening but other guests did not support it. First time in Madeira but would not return
