BEWARE....they have a horrible policy....you book a room on line...best rate...NO charges it says will be applied until check in...NOT TRUE...wow they charged out credit card 24 hours in advance...as a authorization....not...it was a charge....WHICH they were not supposed to do so until you checked in....called them on it...made them cancel the autho...so ridiculous....they don't even abide by their own... more

I am sorry that you had such a bad experience and did not even stay at our hotel. It is our policy that all reservations must have a valid credit card on file prior to arriving. We do check credit cards in advance. Guest service is a top priority for us. I apologize that you find our hotel policies unfair,...

Great Location,Clean rooms, Great Service! The staff went out of their way to get me an early shuttle to the airport. The gentleman at the desk did a great job and was really helpful with directions. I'll stay there again next time i'm in Norfolk. more

This hotel is a brand new build and obviously a LOT of thought went into the aesthetics as well as the service. The hotel is designed around a nautical theme which permeates through the hotel. This was my first trip to norfolk va. I was surprised by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. the gentleman at the desk late night was very helpful and knew a lot about the area. i will be staying there again in the future. more
