We booked a 3 night vacation at this hotel over July 4th. Needless to say we only stayed 1 night. The night manager was wonderful and very helpful, but that was as good as it gets. As soon as we arrived in our room, we noticed the distinct smell of stale smoke mixed with deodorizer. I laid on the bed and noticed little ants all over the night stand and a few on the bed. We got our roome changed with no issue. The family that we were with also had room issues. The ceiling was falling down and all molded and the bedding had stains all over it. Once we got our rooms moved (we were no longer on the same floor) we attempted to head to Bush Gardens t watch the fireworks. When we booked the hotel, we were told that they provided a shuttle to the park. When we asked how the shuttle serivice worked, we were told that they did not provide a shuttle, but we could take a bus, pay for it out of pocket, and the bus ride was 40 minutes long.
