This hotel is sub-par. I wasn't any one thing in particular, but just a number of smaller issues including a mixed up check-in, parking too far away and not well marked, missing tv channels, and an overall dated look. I won't be staying at this hotel again. more

First off, this hotel is not on the or beside the water. It is on Waterside Drive which runs along the bay. With that being said, you can see the bay if you're in higher floors. The property is in the Waterside area of downtown Norfolk. There are a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance of the hotel.
