Stayed for one night following a day at the beach and finding the hotel had a rooftop cocktail bar with a couple of jacuzzis was the perfect way to end the day. Modern, clean 4 star hotel with a good breakfast selection.

Stay here 3 nights, generally pleased with accommodations - easy to find (São Pedro is tiny). We read that Nazaré was very touristy - which it was. That's why we decided to stay in São Pedro. It's only 20 min to Nazaré. We would stay in São Pedro again but find a new place to try. We had room 222... More

The location of the hotel is excellent for walking around to cafe and the beach. Beautiful views of the cliffs and water. My biggest complaint about this hotel is the lighting. Insufficient lighting is not only a room problem, but also a hallway problem. My room was on the 2nd floor, 214.....when I got off the elevator all the hallways... More

Stayed for one night in new year, excellent modern decorated room, despite small bathroom area, hotel was full but staff handled our request for room breakfast efficiently, great night sleep only to be waken by the Atlantic breaking waves just in front of our window. In work or leisure the hotel is great.

Though our GPS didn't help us at all in the area, we found the Mar e Sol, located on the beach in tiny Sao Pedro de Moel, a seaside resort hotel. Our room was large with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Clean, small bathroom. Typical small hotel meager breakfast with terrible machine-brewed coffee. Nice bar downstairs - WiFi didn't connect... Modern, elegant hotel right on the ocean. The village of Sao Pedro is to discover and has plenty of charm. A place to spend a relaxing holiday. I found the hotel well run with competant and friendly staff. The breakfast was of good quality and lots of choice in a very pleasant restaurant overlooking the ocean. I fully recomend this... More

The hotel is very clean and modern. Our room was spacious, but had some marks of use. Not bad, but you could notice that last renovation had been some years ago. We had A room with a balcony facing the ocean. The view was stunning. All in all the hotel is an excellent choise, if you are travelling in this... More

Read all the reviews prior to visiting this hotel and wasnt sure what to expect. We arrived when the sun was shining and the views out to sea were amazing. The hotel is right on the seafront with picture windows that make the most of the surroundings. You are so close you can almost dip your hand in the water!... More

A simple, unpretentious hotel overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at Sao Pedro de Moel. The hotel is clean, rooms spacious, staff friendly and helpful and a small but adequate restaurant. Breakfast is buffet style with a good choice, lunches and evening meals are of a limited choice but there are a couple of good restaurants in the village and in nearby... More

I cannot really be impartial regarding this hotel, since I have been staying in this hotel for as long as I can remember. I have witness all its changes and improvements. The hotel is very simple, but confortable, and has a great location, right in front of the see. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is great. It... More
