Just got back from portugal, i thought the atismar was a great hotel, but quartiera not so good!!, first of all dont go there in august, its just soooo busy!!!, couldnt get a taxi at night, only 1 cab firm!!!. We have just come back from our first trip to Portugal, staying at the Hotel Atismar. On arrival, staff were a little curt, but this did not upset our holiday. Great location,close to beach,restaurants & bars. We were given the choice of rooms on arrival and chose a top floor room which had side sea views. Rooms very clean,comfy and a good size.Mini shampoo & shower gel provided which was topped up during our stay. I Really reccomend the hotel atismar!! We were a bit worried about going to stay in this hotel, after reading some of the reviews that give such mixed views but we decided to go.
