We were in room 316. Rooms ending 01 on each floor are I believe bigger than all the others looking at the fire escape plan on the back of our door & they have been used for the majority of the internet pictures, so also appear to have had an update. The entry way, reception, breakfast room & pool area... More

Went to Hotel Europa with my husband, my parents and my in laws for a family holiday. The location on the main shopping and restaurants road is great and the beach is right outside of the hotel. The pool area is good too. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of choices and good food.... More

Friendly staff with one exception. Helpful reception food good wide choice main course bit small but help your self salad and rolls to start then appetizer starter, main and sweet. Rooms bit basic but very clean. Fridge in room but no kettle for tea or coffee. Beach very crowded. Very easy to get to Venice.

this hotel is very well located on the beach and on an incredible shopping strip. Now if we could just have a courteous Maitre de they would have something going. We were with a U SA tour group and we all felt like second rate citizens in the dining room. Seating groups adjacent to each other and using one buffet... More

Dear Madam, We are very sorry about your review. In every Hotel of the world, not only in Italy, there are some services that are included in the price, and there are some services that are not included. We think that the most important thing is that a Guest should always be informed clearly of the costs before taking advantage... More

Rooms OK, reception OK but if you are on a British coach tour then the food NO!!!! There are two dining rooms, one for tour parties and one for others. When we were there, the tour dining room buffet table was also split into two - the basic food which we had, and extra food for the other tour party... More

Dear guest, thanks a lot for taking the time to review our Hotel. We are sorry to hear that you didn't feel satisfied at all. However, we must point out some inaccuracies in your comment: 1) The Hotel has only one dining room, not two 2) We offer several types of menu, which differ from each other to suit the... More

Rooms are okay, cleaning one of the few strengths. Manager and reception one the one hand always friemdly but only as long as they don't have to talk further. Absolutely no go for a 4* hotel. Food wasn't good at all... Can absolutely recommended eat outside! Finally I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone.

This hotel was one of many in the holiday town of Jesolo and close to all the shops and town centre. It is difficult to access once the pedestrian areas are closed to traffic in the evenings. The staff were helpful but the single room was smaller than I have seen anywhere before especially for this grade of hotel. Public... More

We where on the 6th floor and had a convenient room. Food was very good but the morning buffet was poor. If you go to Venizia it's a place one could find appropriate without loosing all of it's money. You can take a bus to the ferry that goes to Venizia and then take other boat to visit Murano ,... A very dirty hotel, after we checked in and we went up to our room and we have noticed that we've got a twin room. We called at reception and they said that no rooms available as double and we have a quick link on the bed(no quick link provided)When we went to the bathroom and lifted the toilette cover... More
