The location 100m away from the railway (and bus) station is ideal if you choose Terni as a base for day trips in southern Umbria. The room was sizeable enough, with dated furniture (the hotel would welcome an overall refurbishment, in my view), slightly smelly, reasonably clean. One problem was that noise insulation was poor, so that I could clearly... More

Located in the center, this is a old hotel in a old building, everything is old there, my room is provided by a small old cathodic tube tv, the shower falling down due maintenance less. There is SKY TV, but internet it's a dream, there is a hotspot in the middle of the floor, but it's far from my room.... More

We stopped at Hotel De Paris, so that we could visit the Marmore falls (highly recommended) before setting off for the Sibillini mountains national park. We parked off the road instead than in the private area, but that was for our own convenience. Staff very helpful and friendly and helped us find somewhere to eat despite us being very late... More

We stayed there just for one night. We requested an allergy-friendly room and we got one without problems. The room was really big and nicely decorated. Kind of retro-chic style, kind of romantic. We really enjoyed it. The bad thing it that we had a room on the upper floor, so we had to keep the windows and the shutters... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night before moving on to Siena. We chose this hotel because of its price, and because it has a parking garage and fridge in the rooms, and importantly, it has rooms without moquette available on request. The staff was very friendly and polite. We had requested a room without a moquette, and we... More

Every time I get to Terni (for the San Valentino d'Oro Award) in the Spring , I stay here. It is a nice, clean and not expensive place. It is close the station (about 50 meters) and near the hearth of the city (about 80 meters) then it has a good restaurant for a tasting dinner in the evening... however... More

Stayed here during a business trip. I din't spend so much time at the hotel because I was working. However the room was good and the staff nice. Breakfast was OK. This was a nice hotel for just staying some night.

The bathroom smelt really bad. The breakfast was very poor, with hard bread and little choice. The wi-fi is not free, despite what the booking confirmation stated. The corridor and the room were really dark, with the corridor lights switched on only late at night. Most of the staff does not speak English. No fridge in the room. No room-service.

when we arrived there, the "concierge" ,(he'd use some french words from time to time), went upstairs to check whether their only double room-actually it was an apartment- had been tidied after the deparure of the previous guest. after finding out that it was ok, he gave us the key. the bathroom was clean and tidy, with fresh towels, the beds... Our family suite was nice , bathroom reflected the 4 stars which was nice , and breakfast was fantastic - kids enjoyed the hotel very much . One negative we were again charged for WIFI which only worked in the reception. Nicely located , 2 minutes to town centre yet quiet .
