Unfriendly staff, restaurant was very good, rooms are adequate but very noisy. Breakfast included and very simple. Very convenient to Chianti region but there are better options in the area.

We got stuck in this small hotel in Chianti. Lousy breakfast. Too many stairs to climb with luggage. No help. Indifferent staff. Noisy room. We needed a place to stay close to Dario Ceccini's place in Panzano in Chianti which was supposedly the best place to eat bistecca fiorentina.

Travelling with teenage kids so had 2 rooms both of which were very clean and a good size. Beautifully decorated with Tuscan charm. Restaurant down stairs which was convenient and food including breakfast was very nice although could hear the staff singing as they cleaned up at the end of the night at 11pm.
