My family and I stayed in 3 rooms of this quaint and comfortable hotel on our trip around the island of Sicily. We found the hosts to be very warm and friendly - we drank wine and talked in the common areas after settling in before heading out to dinner. The rooms were small but comfortable, and the breakfast spread... More

In a quiet location just outside the old town of Piazza Armerina, this appears to be a large private house which has been converted into a B&B. Breakfast was around a very large single table, with a good spread of yoghourts, salamis, jams and breads. You could chat with the other guests or keep your own counsel. We were accompanied... More

Stayed here as we wanted to go see the Roman ruins nearby. The breakfast was amazing. It had a great view and the staff did a good job. On the downside it's a long way from the town so someone had to drive to dinner and the rooms could have been a little nicer.

We stayed three nights in this delightful B&B. Although it is a bit difficult to find the first time, once you know, it is no problem and the view from the house is terrific. The hosts are charming and very welcoming and Louisa very helpful. The breakfast around a communal table is terrific and although you are encouraged to chat... More

No wi-fi coverage (at least in the room we've been given) which could be easily improved. Very nice view on Piazza Armerina from the breakfast room, where a huge table will accomodate all guests, sitting together. Good availability of parking places. Location quite convenient for Piazza Armerina and its Villa Romana

We stayed in the small Piccole Joie room, adjoining the main building. It was a great room, rustically furnished but very cozy, with a view of the garden and the town; wonderful breakfast; lovely hosts. This B&B is slightly outside town, which we really appreciated since we were visiting other locations from Piazza Armerina, and it made coming and going... More

there dont seem to many good hotels in Piazza Armerina and so this B&B ends up as #1! it is a very good B&B but it is at least 2km from town so to eat anywhere you have to go at night, preferably by car.. but.. the town is a nightmare of narrow streets and i recommend only going after,... More

This B&B is well worth a stay. The owners and staff are welcoming and charming. The rooms are a little small but comfortable and very clean. Here is an example of the hospitality which still amazes me. We had a reservation at Al Fogher restaurant which is a good 25 minutes away. We asked our host to arrange for a... More

I don't quite understand why this place gets such high reviews, other than it has a lovely view on the large balcony and breakfast is very nice. Our room was adequate with a mix of modern bathroom fixtures and older bedroom furniture, but it was very clean and comfortable. However, the walls are thin and you can hear other guests... More

We were here for one night. We did have a car and found it was not difficult to find. The signs are not the best, but they are there and if you follow them you'll be fine (I find signs are often more reliable than a GPS). The place is very comfortable and welcoming. Our room was excellent and the... More
