Nice place to stay. It is situated just out of town near the Roman ruins. Turnoff is signposted and is on the right as you head towards Villa Romana del Casale from Piazza Armerina. We had trouble finding it as sat nav took us to the wrong place. Room was large and the bed was comfortable. Room overlooked the farm... More

Stayed for 2 nights with my family. A tranquil family run B&B all of them very friendly and helpful. Provided us with a map and helped up with what we needed. The room was big although it had small bathroom and shower. Breakfast was delicious with home made marmalade. Rooms were clean and towels are changed every morning.

I discovered this B&B in 2006 and since then my family and I never miss it every time we come to Villa del Casale. I first came with friends, then my brother and his girl-friend in 2011, and last May I stayed with my mother. It is surrounded by farmland, rooms and bathrooms are large and clean, parking place is... More

The room though big was shabby and neglected, no wardrobe. Shower was tiny and I needed a great deal of flexibility to wash myself. Breakfast was good but not too generous. Difficult to find. Due to all mentioned above, the price was exaggerated.

This B&B does have the major traits you usually look for when traveling-clean room, good bed, hot water shower, good wifi, a decent breakfast, heated rooms, and an acceptable location. It is in close proximity to a major highway, but we were not disturbed by highway noise. The owners are friendly when they are around. The reason for the average... More

Situated on the far outskirts of Piazza Armerina (you can clearly see the city uphill from the property's garden) it's a convenient location to visit both the city and the famous Roman Villa del Casale (just a few kilometres down the road). Very tranquil rural place just a few hundred meters away from the local road, so no traffic noise.... More

Perfect for visiting the Roman Villa de Casale, which is 3km away and beating the hordes. The property is situated along a narrow lane leading to the private car park. The rooms are situated among fruit trees and vineyards and are comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is in large communal room where everyone sits around a large table and are... More

Difficult to find on sat nav but just follow the well signposted route to Villa Romana through Piazza Armerina and you'll find the B&B as you descend the hill, on your right. Calogero and his family were a delight to meet and the natural farmland makes it easy to ignore the nearby bypass and we were not disturbed at all.... More

We spent two nights at this B&B. It is excellently located to visit the Roman villa. The building is surrounded by fruit trees with very tasty figs. Unfortunately, however, the nearby car overpass undermines the countryside atmosphere and the resulting noise did not go unnoticed (especially on the Sunday night). The owner is very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.... More

This is a great B&B with warm and friendly hosts, conveniantly located on the west side of town giving access to the old Roman villa. The breakfast and the family grandmother that managed it were a real highlight, especially her home-made marmalade. The host was knowledgable about the town's resturants and directed us to an excellent pizzaria where we had... More
