We checked in and out within 5 minutes. The bathroom was filthy, anyone who has the courage to stay would not take their shoes off and sleep standing up. We would not have stayed here for free. If nothing else available sleep in your car

I cant understand why italian authorities have no control on stars and names. "Grand" is only an ancient remember, hotel is now a ruin furnished and decorated with Soviet Union style, old bathrooms, rast quite everywhere, etc. Poor breakfast with basic food, flies around, old towels and cutlery, etc. Termal baths included, the only good thing (but very old pools).... We came to just use the public Terme not thw hotel therefore our comments and ratings only apply to the Terme! The pool is located behind the Grand Hotel. There are two pools. One is the indoor thermal pool which is suitable for swimming and exercise whist enjoying the therapeutic thermal water. There is an outdoor pool for just relaxation... More

We arranged to stay a night in this hotel in May. On arrival the hotel felt like it was closed. The decor in the hotel is decades out of fashion and the staff, there was only one, where unfriendly. The pool wasn't open and they suggested that we used to local public pool around the corner, we had to pay... More

Stayed one night here during Easter. We spent a couple of nights at this hotel about 5 or 6 years ago as well. Nothing much had happened since then, and we agree with some of the other reviews that the hotel needs some refurbishment. It wasn't excactly modern anymore. Nevertheless we did not find it half as bad as some... More

The hotel is located across the street from the Mediterranean Sea. Our room overlooked it, so the view was spectacular. The lobby was very nice, but the rooms really need to be refurbished. The curtains, chairs were stained, the shower needed caulking, and the bedspreads were worn. The location was an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. We were there... More

The Grand Terme in Sciacca was a great stay in Sciacca. We were able to walk to town and the view from our balcony of the Med. Sea was great. The hotel staff were very helpful, breakfast buffet was a nice surprise, but the room could use a little updating. I would stay here again. Walking the streets in Sciacca... More

Found this hotel after a long day of driving and didn't want to drive any further as it was getting dark. This hotel is need of refreshing. Everything in it is dated and in need of replacing. There was a musty smell in the room. The beds are not comfortable. The bathroom needs to be updated. The hallways are painted... More

I stayed in this hotel for a week in November 2008. I suppose it was 'grandiose' in its time (i.e. the 1970-80's) but now it's a bit run down and not what people like to find - and definitely not four stars anymore. It's still in a fine location with beautiful views of the sea but one wonders how long... More

Nothing special about this place. There was some construction out front when we stayed but it did not bother us much. The rooms were nice but not exactly the cleanest rooms i've stayed in. Some hairs, dirt on the floor. It is a very, very old hotel - there are roman baths underneath that are even older. Also some strange... More
