Great little "trulli" (kind of round cottages, with very few and very small windows). OK, don't expect luxury, these were initially modest village houses. We were presented with a two bedroom Trulli on a side street in Alberobello and could not have been more pleased. At $50 per day it included a small kitchenette with fridge used prepare breakfast every day from items bought at the local mercato and butcher shop. The Trullidea was great, our trulli was clean, comfortable (the bed was one of the best I've slept on in Italy) and you can't beat the location - right in the middle of Alberobello - or the price, we paid 86 Euro for 2 beds and a small kitchenette. Trulli great! Definitely recommend. more

Trullidea is exceeded expectations: immaculate, roomy, authentic wrought iron and hand made furniture, big bathroom, like living in history only comfy. Fluent English spoken by staff, great shops and restaurants in the area. Don't miss this one! We even had a fireplace! more

What can you say about staying in your own little round house! It is fantastic...quaint...quirky...The houses are well equipped, ours had its own kitchenette. The town is charming, and the Italian restaurant 'Il Pinnacolo' just up Via Monte Nero from the Trullidea reception office was our best meal of the holiday! more

This little cottage was so quaint, it was adorable!!! The service was great, it was easy to find, clean, quiet and very cozy. A great bargain too, right in the Trulli district in an actual trulli. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night! more
