We spent a week at the stunning Trulli Paparale in early June 2014 with our 2 children (aged 7 and 9) – and it was one of the highlights of our 5 week trip through Southern Italy. I was so happy that we had found this place! It was perfect! We wanted the experience of staying in a traditional Trulli... More

The location is only some 15 minutes walk to the city centre. That's short enough to go for a walk to the Rione Monti or Aja Piaccola; but that's enough to be lost in a larga garden plenty of olive trees with a large pool. The renovation has been taken to a very good standard and in the apartments there... More

We stayed here with our son for two weeks in September and had a wonderful time. We were made very welcome by Maria and her family, their hospitality extended to provisions for breakfast; wine as well as produce from the garden. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and includes weekly cleaning as well as a complete change of bed linen and... More

Trulli Paparale is a great Hotel, located in the fringe of Alberobello. It's apartment type hotel and the mini market is in the vicinity (within walking distance) furthermore ther's a cheese maker and their cheese is one of the best I have ever eaten. The city centre of Alberobello is about few hundert meters away (15 min of walking). With... More

I thoroughly recommend this accomodation. The location is slightly out of town but only a 10 minute walk which makes it quiet and relaxing. It is in the countryside and so a short walk takes you into fields and olive trees. Staying in a trullo is quite an experience. It has a garden and a patio with a bbq. The rooms... More

Maria and her husband, the owners, welcomed my wife, daughter and I to their lovely Trulli with a warmth and a personal, genuine interest in our comfort that is rare today. From the lightly stocked kitchen to get us started, to the open access to their vegetable garden, to the clear directions to the local sites, we were immediately made... More

Puliga is a charming and largely undiscovered region of Italy. It has much to offer in terms of culture, beautiful scenery, sparlking seas and beaches, and of course glorious food. We had a wonderful holiday at this Trulli. The owners have painstakingly restored it to an exceptionally high standard and the attention to detail was self evident. We appreciated all... More
