Well run, clean, well appointed and brilliantly located for trains and beaches. Outstanding breakfast. Our room on the third floor had us high above the bustle of the street below and was great for people watching. It was a bit noisy but the room was air conditioned and we were able to close the windows at night. We were given... More

Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Europa with a three year old. The hotel is in a great location in Levanto well within walking distance of train station, beach and restaurants. The breakfast in the morning is quite plentiful with lots of meats, cereals, fruits, breads. Highlight was the owner providing me with an impromptu wine, cheese and olive... More

Everything about the hotel was great. Friendly staff, always willing to help us with directions and timetables and printing everything out so we couldn't get lost. Rooms were large and clean and plenty of hot water in the shower. There is a very comfortable lounge to sit and read or do your emailing. Breakfast choices were good. Levanto was a... More

Excellent location within walking distance to the train station for exploration of Cinque Terra. Clean rooms, helpful staff, free wifi, and a quite night's sleep made for a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this to any traveler wanting to have affordable luxury.

Great stepping off point for Cinque Terre. The hotel has a generous breakfast. But be early as the staff does not replenish all of the meats and cheeses throughout the breakfast time. Overall a value priced stay close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Quiet at night, with a clean room.

Dear Richy, thanks for letting us your testimony of your stay. Thank you for your appreciation and for taking over the question of rapid replenishment service of meats and cheeses. We will treasure this annotation to improve next season that is about to begin. kind regards More

So, it is hard for me to review this because this is a two star hotel, after all. The rooms are not very comfortable and are quite small (though maybe not by European standards), but they are certainly adequate and *spotlessly clean*. You get what you pay for, I guess. The beds are terribly uncomfortable - as in, the worst... More

Dear Guest, thank you for such a long and detailed testimony of your stay in our hotel. I am very sorry that you have not appreciated the quality of our beds. Unfortunately the tastes and habits of our customers, who come from all over the world, are so different that it's really hard for us to find the right compromise.... More

We really enjoyed the stay in Hotel Europe. Very clean rooms, fair prices, nice guests and very sympatic owners! We will come back next year. The hotel is in the center of the city, and close to the beach.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Europa and throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room, while small, was very clean and contained everything we could need. The hotel also has a great rooftop deck which we enjoyed very night. I would consider this hotel if you are staying in Levanto.

Reception was very warm and friendly. Provided us with local information like the ferry and train timetables - which was exactly what we were going to be using. We sat outside on the terrace (4th floor) which had a bit of a view which was quite relaxing. Rooms was small but nice. Cannot complain about anything, our stay was quite... More

Dear Elanie with delay, due to a technical problem, answer your nice review. We are happy that you have taken the appearance of a small family hotel that characterizes our structure. We are also happy that friends like you who arrive "on the other side of the world" feel welcomed being so far from home. See you soon. More

Ok. So you come to Levanto Italy to see the beautiful scenery and the great nature walks. Overall this was a great hotel, for the city. Dear Andrew, thank you for your review. Levanto, as you have seen, is a peaceful village suited to "slow vacation" close to the sea and to the trails in our parks. As for the WiFi probably we were not quite ready to inform you that we have an acces point in each of the four floors of the hotel. I... More
