Genuine hospitality, can't wish for better! The owner, Nicola spontaneously emailed me his personal confirmation after I booked on booking.com. Very assuring. Then, he waited with his son at the courtyard for our arrival and also helped us with the parking permit and amenities. He also helped me to make a reservation in Italian with my onward travel. Highly recommended... More

Idea place to use as a starting place to explore the five fishing villages and to return to as there are numerous good restraunts and services close by and only a ten minute train trip to the villages

We spent 4 nights here recently as our base for exploring the Cinque Terre and found it relaxing and comfortable. This is a unique and interesting place, built inside the walls of a historic old building, draped with flowering plants, and yes, there is a lemon tree in the courtyard. On arriving we were pleasantly surprised to find we had... More

The owners of the Villa Clelia are great people who go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. Extra services for transport and free bikes were a wonderful treat. Location was perfect. Breakfast provided in your room was a unique idea and the fresh bread and foccaccia each morning were delicious.

We spent two nights at Villa Clelia. Villa is in an excellent location near the sea, shops and restaurants but very quiet with large private courtyard. Room was large and nicely furnished. Attached bathroom was sparkling clean, big and very nice. Mini fridge and electric kettle available for use. Hosts Nicolo and his dad provided transportation to and from station.... More

We came to this region to explore the Cinque Terre which did not quite meet our expectations. Crowds of tourists (yes us included) took away any idyllic appeal the small villages might display in quieter times. However we were blown away with the hospitality which Nicola and his father provided us. Nicola met us off the train at 9.30 pm after... More

We liked the place and its surroundings. In the night it was very quiet (end of september). Its close to restaurants, shops and beach. Its a bit unusual that you have breakfast on your room. The owner brings you fresh bread in the morning. The weather was nice and we could have our breakfast on the little balcony, whitch we... More

This was a great place to . Was really upset with my hubbie the first nite when we arrived at 9pm cause he winged about the size of the room and the fact that there was not much TV reception but by the next morning he realised how close he was to the water and how chilled put the Place... More

We stayed in the double room with a large covered patio (nearest the street). The room was great! We used the patio after a long day of hiking Cinque Terre to relax with a bottle of wine and some cheese, crackers and salami we bought at a grocery store near this B&B. The room amenities were good. The bed was... More

We absolutely loved the Villa Clelia...the whole town is so charming and much better to stay in than anywhere in CinqueTerra. Fulvio is a very charming host and his son is just as pleasant and helpful. We were lucky and got the room on the end with the big deck and it was fantastic. We had so much fun hiking... More
