We stayed at the Hotel Al Terra di Mare and used it as a base to visit the Cinque Terre...We found the hotel to be very repsonsive to emails and generally very helpful...We were arriving late at night and the staff waited for us and helped us park the car and with our bags...They were also were of great help... more

I was disappointed in this Hotel. It was more expensive than other hotels I stayed in during this trip but the service was poorer. It advertised a pool but the hotel is on a steep hill and they never told you that the pool was FAR below the rooms. The pool looked great but I didn't see anyone in it... more

Al Terra di Mare is a gem in Levanto, as long as you are ok not being downtown Levanto. On the drive into town, we could not find the hotel. Great place to stay as a base for Cinque Terre. Very good value for the hotel rate. But best for someone with a car, although shuttles is available at fixed times. The staff was wonderful and the setting was beautiful. Really nice, especially the breakfast and meals. Beautiful and quiet location. We definitely would go there again for longer. more
