This hotel was one of the 8 we stayed during our road trip, it was a strange experience. We arrived late at night after 5 hours drive, exhausted from the heat and getting lost only to be welcomed by a grumpy receptionist. She was actually mad I did not announce the hotel I was arriving after 9 pm, she refused... More

Dear Mrs. DIANA, I am the main responsible, the Holder of the Hotel you have talked about in your letter. I full agree with people who think that is not possible to choose the guests but I also think that some customers sometimes choose places that are not suitable to them. For full professionalism I have been choosing for more... More

The hotel was very comfortable. Good size room and bed. Air conditioner and breakfast also to our liking. Kind friendly staff with the benefits in service a small hotel can offer. The only downside was the wireless internet which didn't work in all areas and all rooms, worked well in the breakfast area / lobby. Can definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here July 2015 to see the Cinque Terre. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with painted ceilings and antique feel to it. Very nice bathroom en-suite to the room. The beds were very comfortable and slept well. Kettle and fridge in the room. Breakfast was delicious - eggs how you'd like them, bacon,... More

this is the best hotel in Levanto. steps to beached shops. friendly staff. nice breakfast included. they even offered to make our 14year old daughter eggs and bacon. she was so happy and felt right at home. the only draw back is that it is one flight up. that's only a problem if you have huge bags. they helped us... Great location, 100 meters from the beach and from most restaurants and bars. 10/10 for cleanliness and how the rooms are serviced. Very spacious rooms and a very big terrace. Would definitely consider this place if coming around here.

Just spent two nights in room 2. Yes, the Baroque artwork on the ceiling is lovely- but it can't make up for the fact that the room is tiny. Barely enough room to make our way around the very small double bed. We had to keep the bags closed and upright in the hallway alongside the bathroom or there was... More

The Good The only reason I'd recommend this hotel for others to stay in is because of its location, which is very close to the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the train station. The receptionist we met on our arrival was incredibly nice and very very helpful, she gave us lots of useful information about the region,... More

We had 6 weeks in Italy and this hotel was without doubt the best experience we had. Firstly, the hotel itself was an old world style with beautifully painted ceilings and wonderful period furniture. The inside breakfast area felt like you were breakfasting in a different world than Levanto. It had a wonderfully casual atmosphere yet at the same time... More

Levantos a funny little town really, but this hotel was an oasis for 2 nights. We used it as a base for the Cinque Terre, and had 2 very good meals - La Loggia and Da Rino. Lovely painted ceilings and comfortable and clean. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Cant fault it at all. Recommended

This place was really wonderful. The old painted ceilings and walls were just marvellous. It was a friendly welcome, and parking was available. It was well located for the Cinque Terre, and I think actually better than staying in one of those 5 towns. Levanto itself was very nice, though the beach was not to my taste, having grown up...
