Just returned from a week at the Villa Durrueli in Ischia. In a nutshell, everything there is small - but perfectly formed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone (and the food was probably the best I've ever had at this standard of hotel). more

On reading the earlier reviews we were a little concerned about the comments on food and shared balconies and pool cleanliness. Surprised by some of the negative views; our experience was very good, Charming and efficient staff, extremely clean, nice pool. Didn't try the restaurant at night but everything else seemed tip top. Terrific location - easy walking to both Ischia Port and Ischia Ponte. more
