The hotel is situated at the very top of a hill with panoramic views down the valley to Salerno and the coast. The staff were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities and hotel gardens are out of this world. A beautiful swimming pool to relax. The breakfasts were excellent. We are returning in July.

We quite enjoy our only night at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were standard for a 4 star hotel and had great views. The location it's a very quiet place. The hotel grounds are very enjoyable for a small stroll or to read a book. There is also a pool that must be very... More

If you are looking for the proverbial "get away from it all" hotel you will enjoy this small family-run jewel. Although it's only a 5 minute drive from Cava De' Tirreni, you'll appreciate being in the small borgo of Cava Alta above the bustling city. I've been here several times over the years, both with family and friends, and it's... More

I've have the opportunity to stay at Scapolatiello Resort several times, including a New Year's Eve some years ago. I've been there for three consecutive years for a week in summer, and I returned when business trips brought me in the area of Costiera Amalfitana. From the first time we received a warm welcome and our stay was really unique.... More

Stayed here in October (half-term holiday for my wife). Went with another couple and enjoyed a fantastic few days touring POMPEII and Erculanum. We arrived in the early hours on the Munich flight but there was a very helpful night porter who helped us get installed, and upgraded one couple, so we could be nearby. The hotel was not busy,... We visited this hotel whilst at the end of our 2 week Italian tour in July. We couldn't have picked a nicer place. The hotel although only accessible by local bus, is tucked away on a beautiful hillside nestled amongst green land and forest. The tiny village has a local shop, stocking almost everything, there is a tabacaria where you... More

An absolutely marvellous hotel, family run, with generous sized rooms, fantastic views, excellent facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food from breakfast onwards was beautifully presented and very nice indeed. Location is at the top of a steep hill but there is parking outside the hotel and about 200 yards away slightly downhill.

Just stayed here for one night, but very much enjoyed the stay. We had a lovely evening meal and breakfast on the terrace. The staff were very helpful, especially Antonio the barman, who was rather generous with the drinks.

This hotel is an eastern gateway to the Amalfi Coast and had we known it was so lovely, we would have arrived earlier in the day to enjoy it more! We would not have made it without a GPS, it is a little touch to find but very worth it. The hotel is ~ 5-10 minutes from the heart of... More

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed it very much. The bedroom was comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was a little bit small. The food especially at dinner was very good though the service was a bit slow. We had a room at the back of the hotel which had a stunning view. I would recommend a visit... More
