We stayed a week at Dint'a Torre and left refreshed and inspired by the beauty of Pontone and the gracious hospitality of Angela and Antonio Palumbo, two natives of the area who are rich sources of information about the agricultural riches and the many sights of the Amalfi Coast. Antonio tends to his lemon trees and garden below their house.... More

Without question, this is the best hospitality I have ever experienced, better than a 5 star hotel! Angela (the lady of the house) and Antonio were the best hosts I have ever encountered! The view from our bedroom window and the breakfast terrace was breathtaking, better than I expected during my visit to Amalfi Pontone was beautiful, overlooking the town... More

We had a visit that felt much like visiting family even though we hadn't met the Polumbo family before. We had informative and insightful conversations around the breakfast table and during the day we were given great information on where to travel for the best possible enjoyment.

We chose Dint' a Torre based on the recent reviews and to get away from the crowds on the coast. That was probably the single best decision we made on our whole trip. This will now be the gold standard by which we measure any other b&b. We originally booked 1 night -- we stayed 5 nights. Angela and Antonio... More

Angela and Antonio are reasons enough to stay at this place, they are two of the most heart warming persons we met during our stay in the Amalfi coast. Despite the language barrier, communications were not any problems at any time. Same evening we arrived Angela took us on a trip around pontone which was priceless. Rooms were clean and... More

We stayed at Dint'a Torre at the same time as OS82. Read his review, we agree whole heartedly. Aside from that the service we got from the time we first enquired was sensational. Domenico went out of his way to help us with organising our stay including a wonderful dinner at A'paranza for our wedding anniversary including transfers to &... More

Lovely place to stay. Clean and beautiful place to stay. Wonderful views and a lovely village, Pontone. The patrons Angelina and Antonio are lovely and very helpful and accommodating. Angelina makes a lovely breakfast with her homemade jam, delicious. It's so nice as it's not a tourist area so you get the feel of real Italian life! A beautiful place... More

• Amazing, giving hosts of whom a complete language disconnect proved no barrier • The best nights sleep i've had in... probably years • Close to everything important by foot, far enough away to enjoy some serenity • After a walk up from Amalfi most nights, the refilled bowl of amazing Italian sweets waiting in the room was sensational All the... I was pleasantly surprised to find this B&B. We were immediately greeted by Angela and Antonio who offered us a refreshment and showed us around town. Over the next few days, we were treated to delicious breakfasts that included homemade baked goods every morning. The location is accessible by stairs, bus, or taxi. We're pretty fit people and it was... More
