My friend and I had the absolute pleasure of staying with the Palumbo family in their gorgeous home two weeks ago. We originally scheduled a two night stay but soon after arrival decided to stay for three nights. It's that nice!! Angela and Antonio are the lovliest couple, their home is immaculate, the village of Pontone is everything you'd expect... More

My wife and I stayed for the weekend for our fourth wedding anniversary. Pontone is an little village with three excellent eating places. Pontone is walking distance to Amalfi and Ravello and is close to some beautiful walks. The B&B itself is clean. The family were very kind and looked after all of our needs. Their underground parking facility is... More

We arrived in the evening, having taken the route from Amalfi and climbed a lot of steps. You can also take the bus, but we were happy to walk everywhere (and were lucky that we chose to take rucksacks instead of wheelie suitcases - you would definitely struggle to carry them up and down the numerous steps all around the... We stayed a week at Dint'a Torre and left refreshed and inspired by the beauty of Pontone and the gracious hospitality of Angela and Antonio Palumbo, two natives of the area who are rich sources of information about the agricultural riches and the many sights of the Amalfi Coast. Antonio tends to his lemon trees and garden below their house.... More

Without question, this is the best hospitality I have ever experienced, better than a 5 star hotel! Angela (the lady of the house) and Antonio were the best hosts I have ever encountered! The view from our bedroom window and the breakfast terrace was breathtaking, better than I expected during my visit to Amalfi Pontone was beautiful, overlooking the town... More

We had a visit that felt much like visiting family even though we hadn't met the Polumbo family before. We had informative and insightful conversations around the breakfast table and during the day we were given great information on where to travel for the best possible enjoyment.

We chose Dint' a Torre based on the recent reviews and to get away from the crowds on the coast. That was probably the single best decision we made on our whole trip. This will now be the gold standard by which we measure any other b&b. We originally booked 1 night -- we stayed 5 nights. Angela and Antonio... More

Angela and Antonio are reasons enough to stay at this place, they are two of the most heart warming persons we met during our stay in the Amalfi coast. Despite the language barrier, communications were not any problems at any time. Same evening we arrived Angela took us on a trip around pontone which was priceless. Rooms were clean and... More

We stayed at Dint'a Torre at the same time as OS82. Read his review, we agree whole heartedly. Aside from that the service we got from the time we first enquired was sensational. Domenico went out of his way to help us with organising our stay including a wonderful dinner at A'paranza for our wedding anniversary including transfers to &... More

Lovely place to stay. Clean and beautiful place to stay. Wonderful views and a lovely village, Pontone. The patrons Angelina and Antonio are lovely and very helpful and accommodating. Angelina makes a lovely breakfast with her homemade jam, delicious. It's so nice as it's not a tourist area so you get the feel of real Italian life! A beautiful place... More
