I've just stayed here for the past 17 nights and it's been excellent, you get a warm welcome with friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are spotless with very comfortable beds and the food....well that's something else, there's everything you could want for breakfast...cereal, yogurt, salad, cheese, meat, croissants, cake, fruit, toast or a cooked breakfast. The evening meal can... More

We booked half board (mistake) and were disappointed with the breakfast (the hot food was cold and the coffee undrinkable) and dinner was mass catering gone bad! Shame as the hotel tries hard to please. The room was good and the pool quiet although not always in the sun. Eat down the road. Top tip: ask for a room away... More

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely family run hotel. Minori is a small town and is a perfect place to explore the stunning Amalfi coast. The hotel is spotless, food is very good with a wide selection for both breakfast and dinner. Dominico, the head waiter was always very attentive and his staff were also... More

I stayed here as part of a group. It was a good choice. Rooms were perfectly clean and kept clean every day, breakfast buffet covered everything you could want, dinners were delicious, and they were happy to tweak the meal to suit your requirements. Location was great, close enough to the beach and bars, but tucked away up a side... More

This hotel offered good value for money. We stayed at the hotel on a half board basis for six nights at the end of August. The breakfast buffet arrangement was good with a reasonable range of hot and cold food choices as well as having a variety of eggs, fruit, bread, toast, and pastries. There was a good fruit juice... We`ve just returned from our summe holiday in Minori and our stay at Villa Romana. Since our visit 3 years ago everything was just better, the room was new renovated and our room was more than nice, a romantic style and clean and a perfect balcony towards the poolarea and the mountain. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely in our... More

Minori is a small and fairly quiet town, as others here mention; but that suited us fine. We were a family group of 2 adults and 2 older children staying on a half-board basis. We were able to visit local towns easily by bus; and the roman ruins of Pompeii and Herculaneum by hiring a taxi for the day -... More

Hotel Villa Romana is a friendly, family-run hotel in Minori, up a steepish hill from the seafront. Our coach couldn't get up the hill, so we had to walk up the hill every day to the hotel and down to the coach for our trips. This was tricky for the less mobile. The hotel is nicely decorated and the food... More

Villa Romana is a bright and cheerful hotel in the nice little town of Minori. It is conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from the Ferry Station or the Bus Stop. The room was just adequate in size for us. The breakfast was decent and the Head Waiter (Dominic) was a courteous gentleman who took good care of the... More
