Had a fantastic and memorable week. The location is relaxing, being well away from the busy tourist towns of the area. The local village has a good bus service to and from the likes of Amalfi and other towns. The agriturismo is well placed for the walking tracks in the area. I found the hosts to be warm and friendly.... More

Basic accommodation and food but very friendly hosts. Try a meal and wine tasting tour at the adjacent B&B run by family members. Good bus links to Amalfi whilst staying in a quiet location, also to Pompeii.

I had a fantastic weeks stay - the family were very welcoming - the meals delicious after a days walking. I would recommend earplugs if you are not used to farm life as the animals will wake you up very early. Accomodation was comfy, clean and the showers importantly always had lots of hot water. It would have been nice... More

Very nice bed and breakfast, great rooms with balcony, good included breakfast. Hospitality seemed exceptionally nice to us, at least at first. However, be very careful with cheap rates booked through booking sites. The B&B also serves dinner, which usually all guests join in - as mentioned, very inviting atmosphere. The price difference with/without dinner is 15 EUR. But if... More

Stayed here in early May. The weather was variable and quite cool at times, however the bedroom that we were in did have a radiator which was turned on from time to time and there was plenty of bedding, however the mattress was very firm and took a few nights to get used to. The family run Agriturismo was very... More

I stayed at Luna d'Agerola as part of an organised holiday, and was very happy with the choice of accommodation. The family run guest house was clean and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and came with a small balcony allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The home cooked meals were simple and flavoursome,... More

Luna d'Agerola is a delightful family-run agriturismo where you are assured of a warm welcome and a unique, authentic experience. You'll find it in San Lazzaro, in a tranquil setting high up in the Agerola valley with wonderful views over the Gulf of Salerno. Much of the food served is grown on their own land, and all of it is... More

Just back from an Explore walking tour staying at the Luna d'Agerola. Ferdinando, Valentino & Giovanna, the family who run the hotel, made us feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious - wonderful home grown ingredients, including salads, vegetables, olive oil & wine. Giovanna produces a freshly baked cake each day & desserts that... More

A welcoming agriturismo in the hills above Amalfi. The rooms are comfortable clean and spacious. The food was simple traditional fayre using their own or local ingredients (lettuce for the salad brought in from the garden while we were eating our first course). The location is beautiful but a bit out of the way, but we had a hire car... More

I stayed here for a week on an Explore walking holiday. It is very clean, the rooms are in a beautiful, simple rural style and very comfortable. The staff are the family who own and live on the farm and other buildings and grow the food that is served. They sell their home made wines, and beer (peroni). The food... More
