We came to naxos with no knowledge of the island or anywhere to stay, we found this hotel on trip advisor searching for the cheapest places as we were on a tight budget, it was the height of summer and so finding a place was very difficult. This hotel is right on the beach, the breakfast is amazing with so... More

I stayed here last year in June (completely forgot to review at the time) It was lovely, the hotel is so quaint and has an ideal location. Right next to the beach, but close enough to the main strip to walk, there in a few minutes, but far enough away that you can actually relax away from the hustle and... More

There are many reasons why Hotel Galini is a great choice: value, comfortable atmosphere, access to beaches, town hub..and parking!!! For us, these things were important, but we also liked the owner, George (and his brother Manolis) both of whom, as is mentioned in many other reviews were informative about pretty much anyhing you'd want to know, from immediate practicalities... Fabulous family run hotel, we stayed in room 13 which had a small kitchenette & that proved to be very useful. George's breakfast are something to behold. We met lots of other travellers on the balcony between umpteen courses of fruit/jams/yogurt etc etc. Don't miss it what ever you do. We had booked in for four nights & decided to... More

This is a lovely family-run hotel - and by family I mean the WHOLE family. I think we met two brothers, two wives, and at least one of their mothers while we were there - and all were very friendly and helpful. The proprietor - Georgio, I think? - sat us down as soon as we were settled and went... More

This little hotel is more like a family-run bed and breakfast. It's located an easy 10-minute walk from the port - you just walk down the main street, Ariadnis, and it's just a few metres from Saint George's beach (beside town hall and the little church on the water). The rooms are very clean, and decorated with a sort of... More

We had a little difficulty finding the hotel, as the directions from our booking site weren't very clear. When we did arrive after a ten minute walk from the ferry, we were given a choice of two rooms, we chose the room with a view over towards the port. The room itself was quiet and comfortable with lots of quaint... More

We arrived by ferry and were inundated with sales people trying to get us to go to their hotel. This hotel was not in this group of people and we are glad we stuck with our plan to go to the Galini Hotel. We had a small but lovely room with a nice balcony that overlooked the water. The room... What a wonderful experience! From the beautiful room with a view to a small church and the ocean to the fabulous breakfast with so many delicious homemade treats, this family run hotel is a treasure. Our hosts made us feel totally at home and the hotel's position next to the ocean and a very short walk to the town made... More

The location - incredible! Walk out the door and you are at the beach, walk down the street five minutes, you are in town. You cannot beat it. The breakfast was delicious and homemade. George was extremely helpful. He helped us plan our scenic car tour, gave great recommendations for restaurants, etc. and made the phone call for us so... More
