If your looking for a low cost place to stay in Naxos town, and being close to or on the beach is a requisite, you cant go wrong. If you are looking for an above average standard of accommodation, stop reading, this not for you. We were fortunate enough to be provided with a room on the 3rd floor with... More

Even if the hotel is well located, there are too many drawbacks : room below the street level, half broken air conditioner and unusable fridge (stink and mold), room full of musquitoes (I return to Paris with 37 mosquito bites!!!) and last but not least, big cockroach crawling over the floor! When we talked about those problems to the staff,... More

The hotel is placed 30 m from the beach. It is a brillant place - good service, nice and clean rooms and for a very acceptable price. We had a room with a small kitchen and enjoyed to make some of our meals there. We hope to come back some day.

Part of island hopping trip review We were picked up from the port by the owner and brought short distance to hotel. Which is literally 5 meters from the beach. We received bedroom on the top floor which had a shared balcony. Our room looked good but was basic and unfortunately some of the electrics were dodgy. The rest was... More

We have been visiting Greece for many years and have sayed in Naxos several times. We booked through the Internet. This accommodation is certainly convenient, being 10 metres from a perfectly reasonable beach. The outside is decorated with flowers, there are lots of plants in pots on the whitewashed stairways - very pretty. But then there are the drawbacks. This... More

This was the perfect hotel for our honeymoon stay on Naxos. Not only was it really inexpensive, it was ON the beach. And a BEAUTIFUL beach. The hotel and area were lovely to walk around and we hardly saw anyone - which was great. All the other hotels on this beach further down were expensive. We did the ATV all... More

Charming little place. The rooms were great. The balcony room was prefect size with 2 single beds great view of the St. George beach. Will stay there again for 2 rooms for 3 nights 155 euro. Awesome value.

Lovely small hotel. Balcony overlooking the beach. Thought there was going to be a catch when we got there after researching on the internet, but it was perfect. Nice and quiet because cars can't drive right down to the hotel. Waking up to just the sound of the birds, but very close to lots and lots of restaurants. 10 minutes... More

We should have known things were going to be bad when we called the day before to confirm our arrival, only for the hotel to have forgotten about us - despite having booked and paid a deposit online. When we called back later they had found our booking and confirmed our arrival time and port transfer. When we arrived though,... More

I was a little suprised at how basic the rooms are at the St George but they are clean and the air conditioning works, so that is a bonus! The bathroom in our room had seen better days and the furniture was cheap and rickety. However, for the cheap price (40euros) we wouldn't complain. The old part of Naxos town... More
