Naxos is a must see Island, and Chateau Zevgoli may be the perfect place to enjoy it. Nestled at the base of the castle, the hotel is centrally located in the old town, with amazing views of the Apollo's Temple and Sunsets. We decided to upgrade to a suite, and found the room to be spacious and spotless. I can... More

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 nights on our honeymoon and I wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for wandering through old town, and you can enjoy the sunset with the temple to Apollo in the background from the top or shared balcony. Around 9pm you can also hear the classical music concerts coming... More

It is located within 10 min walk from the ferry terminal, 5 min to the bus terminal, 5 min to the restaurants on the waterfront and 4 min walk to the grocery store and laundry. While we enjoyed the close proximity of the hotel to local amenities and quiet, we were a little disappointed by the hotel itself. The hotel... More

Great place to stay right in the chora. Steep streets for the elderly or infirm but otherwise lovely. Big rooms and roof terrace. The owners are nice and welcoming and its very clean with very good sleep quality. Recommended.

The Chateau Zevgoli was a good choice for us mainly due to its location in Naxos Town, Naxos, Greece. The rooms were modest but provided all the basic amenities required for a satisfying stay. The staff were hospitable, helpful... and worked hard to make your stay pleasurable. Getting to the hotel requires an upward walk with multiple steps, so if... More

What a lucky find this hotel was. Very reasonable price for a wonderful place with old-world charm. The view from the terrace at the top of the hotel is stunning. You can watch the sunset over the old town of Naxos and out across the temple and gateway to the town. The room was very comfortable and clean. The welcome... More

This hotel falls into the unexpected pleasure category, largely because everyone is so kind and pleasant. The rooms are marble floored and decorated in the old style, bathrooms clean - housekeeping is very efficient. We didn't take breakfast here but you fall from the entry to the old town labyrinth with cafes and restaurants at every corner. Super place.

We had a lovely room with antiques looking over the city to the temple of Apollo. The tree growing through the middle of the building is just magical, as is the garden patio you walk through at the entrance. The breakfast (bread, jam, honey, hard boiled egg, cheese, lunchmeat, yogurt, coffee, juice, fruit) didn't sound like much on reading it... More

The maze of streets in the old town of Naxos leading up to the castle would surely confound even the most determined of map readers. The alleyways, each one more picturesque than the next, run into each other, split in two and leave you wondering which one might be the one that leads to your chosen destination. I finally came... - It's not really an old house cycladic style but one could be misled as the charming Chateau Zevgoli on the hill by the Kastro in Naxos really looks authentic. It was apparently built in the mid 80's following the traditional architecture of the island - There's an inside little open courtyard where a majestic tree grows and around which... More
