We found this hotel by going to a travel agency as we got off the ferry. We were given a reduced rate and a young man swiftly escorted us over to the hotel. The room was spacious, and bright, with a balcony overlooking the parking lot/road, but it was charming, as we faced a row of residences. Breakfast was not... more

We were a bit surprised by the location of the Apollon. It was tucked off in the corner of town next to an empty lot. Definitely within walking distance of the port but just kind of in a dark corner of town. The place was clean but it certainly had sparse and basic amenities. The room was basic and was... more

The hotel is in a good location for the cafes in Naxos but about a 20 minute walk to the good beach. The hotel is out dated and the rooms are basic. The bed was like a rock and the toilet started to overflow so we only stayed one night. The information bureau will push this hotel when you enquire... more

We found that the Hotel Apollon was in a really good location - quiet as it was set back from the port but also very near all the restaurants, bars etc. The staff were friendly and helpful - particularly when our ferry to Ios was cancelled and we had to stay an extra night at short notice. As it was... more

We stayed two nights at the Apollon. It is a few minutes walk to all the shopping, the Old Market, many many restaurants and ameneties, the port., buses, etc. Included in the cost was a traditonal breakfast which we found very sustaining (boiled egg, yogurt, fresh bread, delicious jam, juice, tea/coffee). We stayed in room 202 which was rather large... more

Stayed two nights. Location is nice - in the Bourgos area, relatively quiet at night, with some activity during the day from local people going about their business, nothing like the crowded tourist-heavy seafront area. Spacious room, satellite TV, big wrap-around balconies in some rooms with mostly town views (and a glance at the sea from the side), Naxian-style furniture... more

We had a great experience at the Apollon. The location was ideal - a short walk from the ferry dock and the center of Naxos town, but on a quiet street. Our second-floor room had a large balcony with views of both the sea and the beautiful orthodox church. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast... more

My Wife and I stayed here for 4 nights while on a 14 day Island Hopping tour of the Greek Islands. We read about the Hotel in some tour guide books and were very happy with it. Rooms were reasonable sized with balcony overlooking the church next door, TV and AC etc included as expected. Bathroom clean and completely functional... more

This hotel is a short walk (max 10 minutes with luggage) from the port. Our room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect from a mid-range place (a/c, TV, fridge and phone in room). Maybe it was a little small, but otherwise it was fine. We thought the breakfast was reasonable - the Greeks tend to eat... more
