We ate dinner at this restaurant and it was great. Perfectly cooked, well presented, and a reasonable price. I had the wild boar, which was delicious. The other people with me were also very satisfied with their food.

Nice place! Combination quality restaurant and hotel. Located across from train station and boat docks. We booked two days for November. This was a good choice because of its desirable location. The town is very low speed and getting slower because it is the end of the tourist season so this place is an uplift to the character of this... More

The hotel is simple but good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the dinner included and everyday we had a chance to try different local food and it was very nice. The town is very charming but it is completely dead at night Overall a very good place for rest and relaxation

This hotel, located along the old town wall in beautiful Bacharach, Germany, provided a great first stop on our recent trip to Europe. The staff was very welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. The front of the hotel is along the train tracks, which can be a bit noisy, but well-insulated windows do a lot to... More

We spent two nights in this lovely little town and absolutely loved our time. The hotel is located just down the road from the train station and steps from the KD dock. Our hotel room was very bright, lovely, and extremely clean. The hotel proprietors were friendly and helped us plan our time in Bacharach. A few of the hotel... More

We stayed at the Rhein Hotel on the last night of our vacation and had a lovely stay in a family apartment overlooking the river. Although the trains passed by the windows frequently, we didn't hear a thing with the windows closed. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, combining old-fashioned character with modern amenities. They made excellent use of space... More

My husband and I stayed at the Rhein Hotel for 2 nights this past June and really loved it! It is a family run establishment, the current owner/chef was born in the building. And his maybe college-aged served us at dinner (there was other staff of course). We really appreciated the friendly and helpful workers, and enjoyed our castle view... More

This hotel is in a beautiful town and in a great location. We had the only room downstairs and it was big and we liked the easy access to the street. Parking was tight but very convenient. The hotel is old and outdated but it goes along with the charm of the city. If it was in a bigger city... More

Our stay in this hotel was very pleasant. We had a spacious and comfortable room. Limited analogue selection of German television channels. Situated right next to the railroad, so to fully enjoy this hotel you should like to see and hear fast moving trains, as I do. Breakfast buffet was not the most varied we have ever seen, but adequate.... More

This hotel was readily visible when we stepped off the DK. Bright airy room. Great little balcony overlooking the river. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her dinner at Strussers, th in-hotel restaurant. (I opted for something simpler near by.) 97 euros for 2 with breakfast. Would have been less without a balcony. Town itself was charming. Included a former castle converted... More
