What a find this hotel and this town were. The hotel is situated across a park from the fortress rampart wall. We reserved a 2nd level room which provided unobstructed views of the sea. Great location, wonderful staff, off street parking for a nominal fee (it's worth €12 per day to not have to worry about getting a parking ticket)... More

This was our first visit to Ile de Re but hopefully not our last. 6 friends together and we all fell in love with the island and the hotel. Our room was delightful and the breakfasts and the staff friendliness were especially good.

Tranquil hotel. Great sea views from the front rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice (if smallish) bathroom. Very pleasant breakfast area. Helpful friendly staff. Very near everything in St Martin but not so near as to be kept awake by carousing outside.

Located in Saint Martin de Re, this hotel is ideal for its proximity to the lovely harbour with all its restaurants and bars. We thought it was expensive for what you got - no free parking or breakfast included, but it is the Ile de Re, which tends to have higher prices than any where else in this part of... More

Dear Customer, Thank you for giving us a few minutes to share your stay on Ile de Ré. We are among the hotels with the best value on the island! We offer a full continental breakfast (3 mini pastries, 1/2 baguette, yogurt, ham, jam, sauce, cheese, butter, fresh drink, hot drink) served on plate (with the possibility of supplements on... Situated just behind the port in St Martin de Ré, this is a very well appointed hotel with super helpful and charming staff. What more could you want? It's not luxury but ideal for a family holiday (or as we are a group of ten friends away for a long weekend)

The location of this hotel was just perfect, for the sunset and the for the restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and switched immediately to english when they noticed that we were struggling with our french. The hotel was very clean and the room comfortable...cant complain there. We had no problems with parking since it was somewhat low... More

Very pleasant hotel - conveniently situated for shops and restaurants Room clean and comfortable, with an excellent en suite shower room. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Parking a bit of an issue, which must be worse in season.

Stayed two nights in chilly February. Super convenient location a couple of minutes walk from the many restaurants still open out of season. Lovely harbour and World Heritage fort outlook. No parking charges this time of year, and parked right outside hotel, but understand town is horrendously busy in season - look at the size of the car parks on the... More

Very nice small hotel, with parking in front of the hotel. Next to the harbour. Room first floor with seaview. Beds perfect, all spotless. Nice decorated. Staff very friendly. Breakfast okay. We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights.

The decoration of the room was done in very fine taste, referring to sea, sand and the sky's pastel colours, with a few nice paintings. We got an upgrade from the ground floor to a second floor room with sea view. We didn't mind the absence of an elevator. The room looks out on the lighthouse and the open sea,... More
