stayed here for a blissful holiday, beautiful hotel in a lovely town. the rooms are very tastefully decorated, lovely little garden - great place to take an aperitif before dinner in town. when you get back the garden is tastefully decorated with candles must hire a bike

This hotel is a bit Marmite - you love it or don't get it. We love it (this was our second stay): beautiful, imaginative decor, and very tranquil. Breakfast great - but no other meals served here. We stopped over in Ile de Re on the way from Paris to Biarritz, and we loved Maison Douce.
