Great location, just a brief stroll to the local port, bars, restaurants and bike hire. Cycling is a must on this beautiful island! A fantastic way to get around and see all the hidden villages and different landscapes. My partner and I wouldn't consider ourselves sporty but enjoyed it so much we kept the bikes for 3 days. The accommodation... More

My husband and I stayed for 11 days at Le Clos Rhea in the last two weeks of September. Our holiday there surpassed our expectations. From the very outset, when Marie Helene suggested a ground floor apartment might be better for me (with heart/pacemaker issues) right through, all of the staff could not be more helpful. Particularly Fabrice who arrived... More

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Le Clos Rhéa at the end of May 2014. Thank you to Fabrice, Sonia and the team for making us feel so welcome and dealing so graciously with my badly eroded school-French. The resort compound is clean, neat and well-appointed. The swimming pool is just perfect for cooling off and our little one would... More

Just arrived home after a wonderful holiday on the Ile de Ré. The Clos Rhea was the ideal base. It's location is fantastic for walking around Saint Martin, being able to cycle to all the villages on the island and even stocking up on essentials from the large local supermarket. On arrival all the staff are very friendly & helpful,... More

Our stay at the house was excellent. Warm, informative welcome, spotlessly clean and every possible comfort thought of. Great facilities and ideal location for exploring St Martin. We would strongly recommend this lovely hotel and look forward to going back.

We stayed for 4 nights at this complex in "Corail" a room situated on the first floor adjacent to the reception office. It was very roomy and had everything we needed and the sleep quality was fine. It also came with a small lounge downstairs which had a settee, table and chairs and a small garden with sun loungers. We... More

Just spent 10 days in le clos rhea and it was just perfect. We had a three bed apartment with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and everything we needed for our stay. It's a five minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the harbour which is perfect. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The staff... More

We were given the tiniest room, (15 sq metres) without a window or air con. We had to leave the door open all night to get some air. The room was very clean, but basic. The bed was not very comfortable with a flat sheet instead of fitted sheet so it wrinkled up each night. It was quiet except for... More

Le Clos Rhea is more like a mini holiday village than a hotel. We stayed in a self contained small bungalow containing one bedroom, bathroom,W.C and a small patio. There was not a restaurant (breakfast could be brought to the room - but it was overpriced) or a proper bar. The staff - we met two or perhaps three -... More
