had a very nice week in Hotel l'Hermitage on Ile d'Oleron. Quiet and peaceful area and a spacious comfortable hotel. Food very good and service also. Rooms typically French with excellent shower and heating available if cold. Bedlinen a bit random could do to be updated as could the dining room decor. Great storage for bikes and a good centre... more
