Inside, this is an attractive hotel beautifully furnished sadly it was let down by the standard of service. A lovely hotel, rather spoiled by the attitude of some of the staff. We were a few friends staying in various rooms and none of us could access the internet, although the hotel boasted wi-fi access in all the rooms. Pretty hotel with a warm welcome and very comfortable room

Horrible experience here. My room was moldy and musty. The bathroom window opened on to the street, meaning my eyes were about LEVEL with the street. We had a wonderful two days on Ile de Re and were delighted to have l'Ocean to stay at. The room was small but very comfortable and the staff were really welcoming. L'Ocean is situated in the heart of Le Bois Plage and is in a great location to explore the island.
