We stayed in Le Mole for 3 nights, it was very clean and full of charm. Central for everything you wish to do in La Flotte/ Ile de Re. My child was ill on the morning we were supposed to check out but the owner let us stay in the room until it was time to go to the airport... More

My husband and I stayed at Le Mole for 10 days in June. It is just a delightful, typical French House. The owner speaks very little English, but is so helpful, and all the staff are really polite and friendly. We had for the first 4 days a room only, which was fine with low beams, beware then followed by... More

For the third time we chose this chambre d'hôte or bed and breakfast type of lodging. The owner is very firendly. There ar eseveral types of rooms, most of them overlooking the sea, which gives a special atmosphere. The court itslef is unique with a gate that gives you a glimpse beyond a fabulous tree towards the sea. There is... More

Booked hotel Le Mole via an offer on an e-mail in January. Because it was a "cheap" price,€600 for the week, we didn't get a room on the front overlooking the sea but were given a quaint little room at the back overlooking the square. Must admit whilst it had a great view over the harbour and the square, it... More

We booked a two bed room in La Mole in Aug 2013 and stayed one night. If there is anything going on in the square, you here it all night plus vibrations. The second bedroom was a cupboard. The staircase was very steep and a real danger frankly. And then there were the drains - the shower room stank of... More

Recently visited Le Mole had booked online had reservation arrived they said sorry didn't get your reservation?? Appeared he did not want to sort it out for us, I had to ring and sort it myself, then I had to renegotiate the booking, would not give it to us at agreed price on web, which I did book and had... Best location by far in La Flotte. Price amazing value for money. Had the most traditional and quaint(but very large) breakfast in Patricia's charming gift shop every morning. But also had the option of having it outside overlooking the sea/brought to our room (off season option maybe) Full of pastries, orange juice and coffee. Felt like home with her dog... More

We rented the apartment "Tour de Richelieu" which clearly showed a tower on the site. This was misleading as the apartment was like a Parisian studio with a mezzanine. The accommodation was billed as sleeping five. The Children have never been so cramped; one "room" had no clearance to stand upright it was so packed in under the eaves; the... More

Great position with some rooms overlooking harbour. Somewhat quirky B&B (breakfast extra), part of small tourist souvenir shop complex, with low beams and full of character. Right next to La Flotte harbour and good selection of restaurants. Comfortable rooms with en suite facilities and free wi-fi. Avoid high season if travelling by car otherwise end August on, free public parking... More
