Friendly and helpful staff, nothing seemed too much trouble from booking ski passes, taxis and restaurants. Ski hire shop across the road gives discount for hotel guests. I stayed here for 6 nights early this year. The hotel was as expected from looking at the website and was classiclly Alpine in design. Rooms were cosy but a little simple for a 3 star. Took 16 people skiing here. Hotel organised everything from ski hire to passes. Could not fault the hotel food good, rooms good. Facilities good. But staff fantastic and nothing too much trouble. Would recommend. We are using them again next year more

There is a drying room that everyvbody has access to, you can't lock your gear away and as a result my snowboard along with everyone elses gear that was stored there was stolen.
