Not the best hotel I've ever stayed in but the price reflects that. The beds, room & bathroom are all clean if somewhat tired, the shower is small but works very well. The staff are helpful and friendly

We stayed at this Hotel, as it was an ideal location to visit the D Day memorials. We went with my brother and sister in law, for a look at where my wives father entered WW2. Little did we know that the Hotel closes at 20:45 every night, no food no drinks from the bar, no lounge nothing, just off... More

Arrived late and got a very friendly welcome. Rooms are good size, and gets warm quickly when heating is on. Super hot shower. Fantastic view on the beach. Yummy Normandie food and not expensive. Mussels is a must try.

We visited the restaurant on the evening of 14th sept.We were given a table in the front part of the hotel that was more like a cafe than a logis restaurant. My wife started with moules which were good I had the fish soup which was ok but not a patch on similar dishes I have had before. My wife had chicken... I didn't mind the dated and original looking interior and small bedroom but the whole plot was let down by a ridiculously small shower that made a telephone box seem spacious, I mean so small that just turning around was an effort and to actually try to clean yourself was to risk knocking the side panels out as well as... If you are going to Normand to tour the D Day beaches do not stay in this town nor this hotel; stay in Bayeux. This town is loud, crowded and a tourist trap. The only positive about the hotel is the price is OK, but you get what you pay for. The place is dirty, worn out with small rooms... More

The location was great in the centre of Arromanches. It was close to the beach and we saw a beautiful sunset. The hotel had some charm and they had free parking, if the parking lot wasn't full, which it was. We woke up to the sound of sea gulls. There was no elevator and the room was small. Our daughter... This was once a nice hotel. But they have divided up the rooms into telephone boxes. Worst of all, their primary business is feeding coach parties, so they have no time and no facilities for customers. Not even one seat, let alone a guest lounge. (Actually, there is a guest lounge, but it is full of coach parties having dinner.)... More

This property has a great location right on the waterfront where the port was built to support the D-Day landing and right across the street from the Debarquement Museum. It is quite old and dated, but priced accordingly. Parking is free. Food is okay. Hotel reception staff was fine; restaurant staff was not rude but would not win any hospitality... More
