We were so very lucky to find this wonderful bed and breakfast. Not only was our room and bathroom large and comfortable; but Mrs. Fourny’s knowledge of the area was VERY helpful. Every morning over fresh bread and home made jams and jellies she used her maps to show us the best way to get to the most beautiful and the most unusual cities and sites in the area (fortunately her English was MUCH better than our French). We would have missed several wonderful places if she had not told us about them. She also let us use her refrigerator and oven in the basement to keep our drinks cold and heat up some pizza in the evening after a long day of travel when we were too tired to go out to eat. We spent three days with the Fournys; but we could have easily spent a week in order to see everything in the area. I would definitely return to this bed and breakfast; it was a real treat. The price was also VERY reasonable. more
