The place is great, just in front of the place of Durbuy. The staff and the service is very good, we are vegeterian and the staff had adapted the menu to please us. About the room, especially the bed is too small.

As a visitor to the Ardennes I was intrigued to see Durbuy. Imagine my surprise when selecting the restaurant at the Hotel Vieux Pont on a cold December day as the place for lunch only to find that we were denied "guest" status and forbidden access to the wifi network. The excuse provided was that wifi signal was poor. However,... More

Not friendly, to say the least. drinks are warm and had to go and ask ice...this is definitely a tourist trap kind of experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone. There are better places around this cosy city

Be careful, we booked the last room number 11. It was a very inconvenient stay. First of all the entrance of the room was through the bathroom . The ceiling was very low . We could not even take a shower . There is no Wifi and hot water in the bathroom. The charge was 100euro for this mess.

Cute hotel, fair price (we paid € 130,-/night/double room incl breakfast for 2), very well located in the "city" centre. Fairly well kept. The downside is the small size of the room and bathroom, and carpet on the floor. Staff is friendly and helpfull, in the morning was always a Dutch speaking lady, which is one of the reason to... We arrived after a day of Durbuy activities, starved and wanted to order. The head waiter came to take our order and was so disgusted that we were ordering food and drinks at the same time (rather than drinks then food later after a leisurely gap) that he waved at us and stormed inside. When I motioned to him to... More

We just got back from a one-night, weekend stay in Durbuy at Le Vieux Pont. I chose to stay at the hotel despite the negative reviews here largely because it was the only centrally-located hotel with a room available during a busy holiday weekend. I'm glad I stayed, since I had a very different experience from those who disliked it.... More

Short, good location, nice view. But expensive. I can't recommend this hotel to anybody due to price.

We would definitely not advise to stay in this hotel! On the positive side, the hotel enjoys a central location in Durbuy and offers a relatively good breakfast. However, our room was very small and did not smell fresh, no matter how long we kept the windows open. The bathroom of 1x3m is tiny and very unpractical. The quality of... More

This place is a tourist trap! The service is unfriendly, even rude. When you ask for sugar for your pancake, they almost throw the sugar on the table. Coffee is cold, pancakes are warmed up... Prices are also very high. Don't go here!!!
