We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is family owned and a very nice place to stay. The food and restaurant service were excellent. The food was of a high standard and plenty of it. The service was top class. Our room was at the rear of the hotel and was quiet apart from an unusual guest howling all night... More

Yet again a memorable stay, this time for 2 nights. Professionally run, tasteful surroundings and a clean, comfortable room at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden. We dined in the restaurant on our 1st evening and the food was lovely, lunched in the conservatory on our second day and this was good. Definitely a hotel to chill out... More

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely hotel and we weren't disappointed. The room we had at the rear overlooking the gardens had been recently redecorated and was extremely clean and comfortable. We dined in the well appointed restaurant and enjoyed delicious and well prepared food. The serving staff were superb as were the rest of... More

Only a one night stay, en route back to England from Alsace but very impressed with the quality of this hotel, which is clearly run very professionally. The clientele appears to be quite elderly on average (at least on this visit). The standards at the hotel are high: we found the staff were all extremely polite and courteous, the dining... More

We loved this hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful, dinner was delicious, room was well appointed, and our kids loved the game room, and spacious yard. We wanted to stay longer and will definitely return. Bonus - it is close to the chateau de Bouillon, one of the coolest castles we've visited,

I am sorry we only got to spend one night here, after returning home from Germany. The rooms are decorated tastefully and the bathroom is fantastic. The hotel has a beautiful garden and a nice terrace to enjoy your aperitif. The gourmet dinner we had in the restaurant was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The staff was very nice and... More

This was an overnight stop en route to the ferry home from Amsterdam. We were sorry to only stay 1 night. The meal was superb, with a varied and interesting wine list. Wi fi was reliable. Outside space was beautiful, with gardens, fountains and a tennis court, and easy parking. Beer fans will enjoy the extensive selection behind the bar.... More

This hotel was booked for us as part of our trip to the Spa Classic and our group of about 20 cars all admit that this hotel was absolutely superb. The staff made us all feel very welcome and even though their English was probably on par with my French they looked after us tremendously. The rooms were fantastic and... More

I've been coming to the Hotel Des Ardenne for almost 10 years. Since that time there has been some subtle changes made to the decor, furniture and fabric. The original grandson of the hotel, now lives across the road in the property opposite. The food has always been an attraction to us, as the chef is excellent to what he... More
