Hotel complex is grand and offers a great location and good facilities, but you need to have the right room. We had the wrong one and were kept awake most of the night due to bins being emptied, deliveries being made and people arriving and leaving the hotel. A children's play area was also adjacent to us, which meant we... More

We went for this timeshare location as it was a good fit with our previous June week in Venice; we were thus car-free and arrived by train (an easy journey thanks to an Austrian rail bus from Venice to Villach that connects with the Bad Gastein train). We had obtained Austrian senior railcards beforehand at 29 euros each valid for... More

Lovely setting, nice hotel/timeshare, but difficult to find, difficult to find your way around the hotel and its facilities, difficult getting good directions to find anything, and leaving the hotel to go anywhere involved going up or down a hill - mostly on foot. Not a good place to visit for those who have trouble getting around. Parking accommodations not... More

We planned only a one-night whistlestop at Bad Gastein only because it was about halfway between Zagreb and Frankfurt by rail. The place was so magical we extended our stay to the maximum possible 3 nights (we had a plane to catch), and the only thing we hated about Bad Gastein and the Bellevue was leaving. Being out of season... More

Returned to this hotel for the fourth time. There is a new manager: the staff are even friendlier and the hotel corridors and eating areas have been redecorated. My wife mentioned I was celebrating my birthday and so at breakfast I had a special stating, a bottle of prosecco and a flaring candle in a cake as well as a... More

Loved this hotel, view was amazing, great location, rooms were well done, with high ceilings. We had a one bedroom, with 2 baths. Reception was helpful, when booking events. Pianist every evening, by the bar, during happy hour. We were there first week of April, skiing was very good, the runs were challenging, at Stuberkogel, cold nites made for good... More

I booked a 1 bedroom unit via Wyndham Vacations. We were delayed a day and I informed the hotel of this and asked some general questions. I never heard back so I tried again and this time they acknowledged and said they had never recieved my original email Anyway we arrived after reception closed (it closes at 9pm). Reception had... We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, family of four with two teenagers. Only negative thing we have to say, is that for the price paid, we would have expects to get bathrobes included as the changing rooms in the spa is not the most exciting. Instead we had to pay and were not offered slippers, which we were informed... More

Very international atmosphere. Many tourists from the north of Europe. You will enjoy the hotel, the skiing facilities and bar/restaurants around. Accessible by plane, by car, by train, by bus. Ski lifts are expensive.
