Our appartment was in the separated upper part of the hotel just near the upper enterance. That made our in and out packing very easy, and since we had lots of skiing stuff, I was very happy about it. I was satisfied with the space and comfort of our appartment and the whole hotel was o.k. There was one very... More

they have a great place, but it lacks service and comfort. We stayed in a apartment, nice place with kitchen and a small tv with german speaking channels. The beds are one of the worse I've ever slept in. The madras was so hard that the floor felt better. A hotel that demands payments for wifi does not deserve 4... More

Food good and clean Hotel. Value for Money. Not very good if You are in a wheelchair etc. as Hotel is very big with lots of Lifts. Halfboard is good Value. Kittchen very well equipped but no oven. Swimmingpool and Sauna area lovely. They have free parking but is not conveniently situated. Paid parking is much better. Steep Hill so... More

We spent a week here with our 3 kids and had a great time. The hotel is huge and our apartment was very spacious and extremely well equipped. Rooms were in a very good condition and the staff was brilliant and very helpful!!! Activities for kids were very good and mine (9, 7 and 4 years old) loved going there.... More

The staff folks were friendly. We had a studio that worked out well. Bathroom small(one at a time)but clean. Nice that shower is totally enclosed, as ladies, the mirror won't fog up. Murphy bed which worked ok and which we left down as there was plenty of room left. We had room 1012, which is one of the few rooms... More

The hotel is situated in the heart of Bad Gastein with easy walking access to the incredible waterfall in the heart of the town. The hotel has a spa with sauna, steam, swimming pool and whirlpool, as well as a gym. However there is unlimited walking up and down hills in this mountain town so that fitness if always on your mind.... More

Hotel complex is grand and offers a great location and good facilities, but you need to have the right room. We had the wrong one and were kept awake most of the night due to bins being emptied, deliveries being made and people arriving and leaving the hotel. A children's play area was also adjacent to us, which meant we... More

We went for this timeshare location as it was a good fit with our previous June week in Venice; we were thus car-free and arrived by train (an easy journey thanks to an Austrian rail bus from Venice to Villach that connects with the Bad Gastein train). We had obtained Austrian senior railcards beforehand at 29 euros each valid for... More

Lovely setting, nice hotel/timeshare, but difficult to find, difficult to find your way around the hotel and its facilities, difficult getting good directions to find anything, and leaving the hotel to go anywhere involved going up or down a hill - mostly on foot. Not a good place to visit for those who have trouble getting around. Parking accommodations not... More

We planned only a one-night whistlestop at Bad Gastein only because it was about halfway between Zagreb and Frankfurt by rail. The place was so magical we extended our stay to the maximum possible 3 nights (we had a plane to catch), and the only thing we hated about Bad Gastein and the Bellevue was leaving. Being out of season... More
