The staff was great but the accommodations had much to be desired. There was no A/C or fans, so the room was very hot. We had to have the windows open. The noise level was the worst I've experienced since camping next to a group of rednecks (playground, traffic, construction, trains, drunks). The beds were not comfortable. Parking was across... My family is staying here only for a few days but I know we wish we could stay longer! The hotel itself is in one of the most unique and beautiful hillside towns I've ever visited, so most if not all views are incredible. Just be careful if you have a fear of heights! Each building is balanced so precariously... More

We stayed 5 summer nights here in a 1 bedroom condo which was most comfortable and well furnished. The rooms and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. Our view was fabulous and location perfect for accessing the town. The major problem is parking. Forget their free parking up a terribly steep hill unless you are under 50... More

This lovely hotel is perched on the Stubnerkogel slope and it's is visible from a distance. Therefore, one can never get lost looking for this hotel. Since it's located in the town center, the train station, the supermarket and the waterfall are just a stone's throw away. Everything is within reach! We booked a studio apartment unit for 7 nights... More

This four star apartment hotel has it all for a family. We spent 8 nights here during easter and our whole experience was very positive. The apartment was great with everything included. The only missing thing was a dishwasher. The spa, pool and sauna area was really great and seem to be newly renovated. Leaving the ski equipment byt the... More

Very nice hotel with very well furnished rooms, placed on a fantastic view over the valley and just in front of the al Alps. A restaurante facility is placed on a heigh that you can reach by seatway. A very comfortable sauna, swimmingpool and bowling are completing a perfetto base for your skiing

If you are looking for the place to stay and nothing else, this is it.The self catering apartment (one bedroom, living room, bathroom and another separate toilet) was very nice, clean and well equipped. The swimming pool is small and cold. The jacuzzi is really cold as well - isn't supposed to be warm ? The check out takes ages.... More

We were here with a big group and the hotel handled this extremely well. Seems they are used to this. Breakfast is good and so is dinner (have had far worse in Austria). The place is HUGE; in fact, in consists of several buildings. If I were to go to Bad Gastein again with such a large group I would... More

We stayed herd at the end of the snow season, so the crowds had died down. What a brilliant hotel. Had all that we need and more!! The restaurant is lovely buffet style. It had outside play equipment, kids room, youth room and it's own little 2 lanes bowling alley. The kids loved it. The rooms are well equipped and... More
