Gorgeous hotel that's like stepping into a little paradise. Good location, beautifully decorated and nice rooms. The swimming pool was a little unappealing to swim in but made for a lovely atmosphere at breakfast. There was an annoying humming noise in our room at night but not too much of an issue and there was no hot water in the... More

Our stay at Hotel Kekoldi was really nice. They have a group of friendly staff who are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms were big enough and clean and the hotel is small but cute. The breakfast was meager but there was some. PS: Avoid staying in the rooms on to the main street and the reception , it gets... More

Stayed here for two nights late dec. 2014. I cannot think of anything bad to say, really. The location is great, just a few blocks away from the parque central. The buffet-styled breakfast was nice - and included. The room was clean, tv/ac/free wifi. The pool is small (not suited for laps) but refreshing. Everyone was super friendly and helpfull.... More

Myself and 4 others stayed in Hotel Kekoldi for varying numbers of days this past Christmas. Overall, our stay was 18 days but, due to people in our group coming and going at various times as well as changing room availability, our reservation was a very complicated one. However, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and courteous throughout it all!... More

The great customer service started even before I arrived. I had a few requests of a personal nature and Marlin and Arlen were more than happy to help me. The hotel had more of a cozy home atmosphere and I loved it! The grounds are beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. The pool is small but refreshing and very clean. Good... More

Stayed in this hotel at beginning and end of 3 weeks of travelling in nicaragua; 2 nights each time. Great location: not too close to centre but within easy walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. The airport pick up from Managua was really welcome after long haul from UK. The rooms are bright and cheerful and there was even some... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my my two nights at the Hotel Kekoldi. I traveled alone and found the location to be close to lots of sites in the town. Also, when I asked for help finding a tour, they helped me arrange a horse drawn carriage tour that developed into a boat ride to Las Isletas. Giovanni was my guide and... More

We stayed 3 separate nights during our trip to Nicaragua, between travelling to other locations. We liked Kekoldi because it was quiet, away from the main tourist area but close enough to walk, close to the bus station and car rental, with comfortable, clean rooms with queen size beds. It had a great dipping pool and courtyard, a nice way... More

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Location is good (3 blocks away from the central park and church) if you don't mind a little walk. It's quiet in the area, room was sufficient for my friend and I, bathroom is also spacious (room 5). AC was working very well, breakfast is simple, some cereals, bread, milk (warm), coffee, gallo... I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past several months and it has always been a great experience. It is located about three blocks before the main park and church. The hotel staff is friendly and knowledgable about the area. I have only stayed in the one person room but they are quite adequate. The cable channels... More
