We were 4 nights in Granada and we stayed at Hotel Patio Del Malinche. The location is perfect, just one street from the nosy main, so perfect to relaxed and visit the town. In hot Nicaragua we appreciated the pool from 3 to 4 pm! The staff is helpful and smiley. The breakfast with the big fruit salad was beautiful!... More

From the moment you set foot into el patio del Malinche till you leave you will congratulate yourself that you choose this lovely place in this lovely city. Super clean, comfy beds, hot shower, refreshing pool just outside the bedroom with a bar to order ones favorite drink or get ones water bottle refilled. Breakfast is served in the pool... More

This was the perfect little hotel for my quick visit to Granada. I needed a couple of peaceful days in an air conditioned sleeping space. The location couldn't have been better--close to everything & in a very safe area for a solo female traveller. The rooms are lovely. Simple but very clean. Comfortable beds & great pillows. The breakfast is off... More

Centrally located, friendly staff, clean, cool rooms make this a good place to spend time in Granada. The pool is clean and refreshing in one of two lovely patios. But the best thing is the excellent breakfast, which will keep hunger away for over half the day!

On my solo trip to Nicaragua I stayed the first to nights at Patio del Malinche, and what a good choice! A charming and pretty hotel, my room, on the second floor, was spacious with a very nice bathroom, a ceiling fan and a/c, plus a beautiful view over the Mombacho volcano. Edwin and Jessica at the reception and all... More

The staff at Patio del Malinche is very kind and accommodating (and while I do speak Spanish, they speak excellent English as well). They were attentive from the moment I made the reservation, making sure we had transportation lined up, holding our luggage while we explored town and allowing us to use the facilities the entire day, even after we'd... We ended up liking Granada too much and decided to stay a couple more nights. Our hotel (Los Patios) or the other one we wanted to stay in (Tribal) were not available. So we booked this hotel. The grounds are nice, the service was good. The rooms were ok and the bathrooms could use some updates. We made it through... More

We truly appreciate that you have chosen our hotel for your stay in Granada.. Let me inform, these insects which you refer, in Nicaragua are called "CHAYULES" and their main habitat is the tropics, although they seem mosquitoes, they are not. The chayules do not sting and their life is less than 24 h. They usually are near water, but... More

our first visit to Granada, we stayed at Plaza Colon for four nights it's a really lovely hotel, but Malinche had a nicer personal feeling, the owners are there all the time . Lidia one of the owners is very friendly. It just has a personal touch that the bigger hotels don't have. We really liked our quite room 217.... More
