We ended up liking Granada too much and decided to stay a couple more nights. Our hotel (Los Patios) or the other one we wanted to stay in (Tribal) were not available. So we booked this hotel. The grounds are nice, the service was good. The rooms were ok and the bathrooms could use some updates. We made it through... More

We truly appreciate that you have chosen our hotel for your stay in Granada.. Let me inform, these insects which you refer, in Nicaragua are called "CHAYULES" and their main habitat is the tropics, although they seem mosquitoes, they are not. The chayules do not sting and their life is less than 24 h. They usually are near water, but... More

our first visit to Granada, we stayed at Plaza Colon for four nights it's a really lovely hotel, but Malinche had a nicer personal feeling, the owners are there all the time . Lidia one of the owners is very friendly. It just has a personal touch that the bigger hotels don't have. We really liked our quite room 217.... More

Comfortable hotel, well-located, nice pool, a very good breakfast, and terrific staff. Two blocks from the pretty walking street with outdoor cafes and on Friday night, lots of live music, but the hotel was quiet. The Friday night we were there, was also a Lent procession of a float of Jesus, competing with the jazz on the street, quite interesting.

Hotel Patio del Malinche was beautiful with a wonderful and attentive staff. Room: Updated, relaxing and gorgeous. AC and TV. The bathroom was elegant and the shower had hot water (a huge plus!). All of the rooms have a view of the courtyard and pool. Amenities: Laundry services, free wifi and even computers to use if needed. The pool was... More

My family enjoyed a wonderful four day stay at Hotel Patio del Malinche last week. The hotel is beautiful, the pool provides a welcome spot to cool down each day, it is in a great location to explore Granada as well as an excellent base for daytrips in the region, and the breakfasts were delicious; however, the best reason to... This hotel has everything what you need while staying in Granada, perfect location close to all turist attractions, clean comfortable beds, breakfast in the morning and bar for drink at night, nice pool and charm of the old colonial house. We got exceptional service from the time we book this hotel until we left.

This is a lovely, well-located hotel with a beautiful courtyard featuring a great pool, shade, hammocks and friendly staff. The rooms are basic and you can't keep the windows open (they open into the courtyard). Breakfast was nice, desk staff very helpful. I would have preferred access to water rather than having to have to ask the staff for water... More

My boyfriend surprised me with a nice hotel for my birthday and he picked the perfect spot!! It was quiet, affordable, had an amazing pool and great service. One of the best perks was the fabulous complimentary breakfast which wasn't just another continental deal but an actual typical

We came from another place where the staff was really friendly, so we could really tell the difference. Breakfast was OK, but not great. If you got coffee late in the afternoon, it was reheated. The shampoo and soap in the shower was a bottle of hand soap. Rooms are too small. In general, short of room amenities. Wi-fi didn't... More

Stayed here one night. Very clean and well maintained hotel. The staff was great, they are helpful and friendly. The one thing that might bug some people is the size of the rooms. The rooms are very small, but very clean. Stay here if you want a clean place with a great "free" breakfast and are not concerned about room... More
