Stayed a couple nights in a double private. Rooms are spacious but basic, which is what you should expect for the prices. They offer all the main things and the people there are extremely friendly. Friendly family run hostel. They called me by name and I didn't even know their names!

It was an OK experience. I stayed one night only. The building with its patio looks great, very relaxing. No luxury at all, but that is totally expected for the hostel price - no surprise. For 1 night I can't complain. The only thing I didn't like were the bunk beds, they are so tall! I felt like dying in... More

We stayed in a private room which was small, but we could sleep well in it. Due to nice people we met on the way to Granada, we had a fun time. There is a kitchen if lower standard. No restaurant or bar. But you can buy beer and have free coffee. We could hand wash in a special facility... More

Don't stay here. Me and my friend slept in the beds for approx 2 hours when she woke up and found 4 bed bugs on her bed. So we both moved to the hammocks outside to sleep for the rest of the night. In the morning we were both covered in so many bites, we obviously moved hostel straight away... More

Loved this hostel, was my first and my last stay in Nicaragua. Here I met so many different kinds of loveable people and characters and if you stay at least for a couple of nights, the place grows into you when the staff becomes more personal with you, remembers your name, asking you stuff and just being sociable. Especially if... More

All the contact information found in the guide books and online are outdated. Apparently it used to be a bustling hostel/restaurant/bar, but it is only a hostel now. The female staff are more helpful and knowledgeable about Granada than the younger male staff. Bring a lock for your locker if you don't want stuff stolen, which is what happened to... More

Dude at the desk was up all night long talking to his buddy and woke us up several times early in the morning. The facilities are terrible. Beds are crappy so are the bathrooms. Hopeless staff. No vibe at all. DON'T GO TO THIS HOSTEL!

I stayed in this hostel for 4 nights and it was incredible good value. I stayed in one of the dorm rooms which was clean all the time. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Nobody ever tried to pressure some tours or anything on me. They have some computers you can use for free and of cours Wifi. There... More

I can't believe this place is even listed in Lonely Planet or any other guide book for that matter. It is by far the worst hostel I've stayed in, in Central America. Usually dirty, unkept, or otherwise poor hostels have at least something going for them - good food, great customer service, etc. This place has none of that. The... More

1st to all the whiny babies, you are NOT in Israel, the EU or the US so why try to bring those standards when visiting a place like Nicaragua? 2nd the locals idea of hospitality is not the same as where you come from - deal with it crybabies! I stayed in Nicaragua & Costa Rica for 15 months &... More
