We stayed at Casa San Francisco just before Christmas 2014 when Granada was quite busy. We thought this was a perfect location. Close to the main square but out of the hub bub and activity. We could walk to the main square, with all its sights and festive Holiday displays in three minutes. The overall sense was of comfort and... More

We are staying here for 3 weeks and are delighted to stay at this beautifully renovated former home of a major Granada family. This is our first visit to Granada, and pleased that the hotel is well-located with several churches and the main square just minutes away. There is a view of the Mombacho volcano from the second floor terrace,... More

We had a perfect stay. A very conveniently located, clean and friendly place, with a beautiful little pool and a nice restaurant. Free wi-fi. The staff was helpful in every way. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this place for 2 days over New Years 2014/15. How can you not love a place run by a woman who has provided humanitarian work to the people of Afghanistan for the past 20-something years?! Rooms are comfortable and have a boutique-feel to them. AC and fan is a nice touch. There is a beautiful soaking pool... More

Stayed here for a few days with our family of 4. Very comfortable hotel, rooms are very nice, staff very pleasant and helpful. They offer a gym pass to local club down the street. Many breakfast options.

Loved the hotel. Staff was so pleasant, helpful and friendly. Great choices for breakfast. Enjoyed the Happy House upon the roof top terrace. Rooms were decorated with great taste. Convenient location. Lovely city & hotel.

The City of Granada was lovely. The staff really nice and friendly. The facilities pretty and clean. 10 options for breakfast and a useful booklet with information about the city and hotel. I do recommend it strongly. The only minor detail was that our bed was kind of noisy but nothing to important to improve.

Clean rooms, good food, convenient location, pleasant staff. Used services of Geovanni, a tour guide who also works at the hotel, and he was first rate. Little pool in the courtyard was a bonus to cool off in. Roof top patio a relaxing treasure.

My family of 5 arrived at The Casa San Francisco after a 24hr journey from the UK without our luggage (Thanks Delta!) feeling a bit frazzled. We were instantly taken care of and the lovely man on duty at 10pm went out and found us 5 toothbrushes and paste which made us all feel a bit more civilized. The next... More

The hotel itself is charmingly appointed. The rooms are small, the beds a little tired, and the showerhead must have had a grudge against me, but the decor is interesting and the rooftop terrace (and happy hour there with my travel companions) was the most enjoyable part of my stay there. The complimentary breakfast was good (I ate there two... More
