A lovely small boutique hotel with a great location and wonderful ambiance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and comfortable and unique...this is not a typical business hotel. If you are looking for a pretty setting, comfortable room, friendly staff, nice pool and grounds and can slow down and relax, this is the place for you.

I recently stayed at Hotel Casa del Consulado for three nights while visiting Granada. The hotel is in a great location just two blocks from the Parque Central. The hotel staff were very helpful with everything we needed. They will provide a driver to pick you up from the airport in Managua and take you directly to the hotel for... More

We loved this hotel and its location. Okay there was no phone, no fridge and a limited breakfast menu but the room was very good with a lovely balcony overlooking a pretty courtyard. The whole layout of the hotel was very interesting with many relaxing places to sit. The hotel was very central with easy access to the main tourist... More

I had a great time at this hotel. The location is great two blocks away from central park and La Calzada where all the action is. The ambiance is beautiful, room and bathroom very spacious, and a decent size pool. Service was very good. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The only thing... More

The hotel is charming and in a very convenient location. The air conditioning wasn't working in my first room (kept switching off) but I was moved to another larger room and had no further problem. The service at breakfast the first day was extremely slow and the waitresses didn't appear to be experienced, but an experienced and very good waiter... More

2 houses converted into a unique hotel. Each room seemed to be different. Gorgeous setting. Great location. Dining service a bit slow but they were just getting it up and running. Friendly staff. I would recommend it .

Always enjoy very much returning! I found Casa Consulado by chance looking for something nicer than a standard hotel or hostel to stay at. It was much more than I would have normally spent but I keep going back so, make of that what you will?

I was at this place last week and the location is great!! Close to the park and calzada Rooms are nice but require little twitches here and there to bring this facility to a desire level. Things like door knobs falling are making you think about maintenance, but how they were able to bring and old adobe house and converting... More

It was our first time in Nicaragua and decided to make our first stop in Granada. Not knowing anything about this place, we booked the hotel and I must admit, I was completely satisfied with everything from the location to the staff to the actual rooms. Although the rooms were nice and big, the bed was a bit too hard... More

Beautiful colonial mansion furnished with a pure art deco stile. Really picturesque! Excellent service, they have a really tasty breakfast and it serves at the patio where is the pool. Small but amazing pool at the middle of the patio. The gardens, the rooms, the spaces,.. I'm really surprised!! If you go to Granada you have to visit this hotel... More
