We spent 2 nights here, while we were in Nicaragua, and what a delightful hotel this was, to stay in. Lovely large room and bathroom too, good breakfast, and 5 minutes from the centre of Granada. Lovely courtyards inside, nic and cool. Thoroughly recommended !!

When you arrive at this hotel you are blown away - it is absolutely beautiful inside. Gorgeous reception area and pool, with the obligatory set of lovely Nicaraguan rocking chairs. Many of the rooms are enormous inside, having not been changed from the original Hacienda layout. Amenities are modern, with a great bathroom and wet room in the room we... More

Dear Roos1ter, Thanks for your review and for choosing our hotel to stay! Sadly this was our first New Years and we didn't plan it accordingly as all our guest would expect. We apologize and will fight for your 5 stars! More

The building is beautiful with wonderful furnishings but it needs some TLC and lacks basic maintenance in some areas. Some of the rooms are poorly lit and the air con needs updating in some rooms. The swimming pool is lovely and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly but breakfast is poor...using very cheap coffee and processed white bread...and... More

This was my second stay here and it wasn't as nice as the first the room was large and nice but the aid was stale and musty. It took effort to want to stay there. I love the large bathroom and stone shower. Equally, the mural painted on the wall but why would I want a chair next to the... More

This is a cozy gem of a hotel right in the heart of Granada. From the beautiful pool, to the gardens and the lovely seating areas, this place has it all. The rooms are spacious, with huge bathrooms and some have nice terraces. The receptionist is a very nice fellow who helped us immensely with taxis and bookings.

We checked in tonight at 5:30 pm. Desk clerk very unhelpful. We have NO towels in our room and very little toilet paper. We asked Josselyn at front desk and she could not help us. All she could say was that she was sorry. No towels to shower. Not enough toilet paper for two people. No pillow cases on filthy... More

I had the recent experience of staying at this hotel - it was so beautiful, tranquil, room was spacious, shower amazing. All of that doesn't begin to compare, though, with the service! The night I arrived, after checking in and spending a lovely day in Granada, I was robbed on the way home from dinner (please, don't carry a pocket... More

This is a wonderful Hotel. The building is impressive and the Staff were excellent. I cannot speak highly enough of the concierge who went out of his way to be helpful. If I ever come back I will definitely stay here again.

If you are staying in Granada Nicaragua, stay here this is a beautiful casona, with some of the friendliest staff in the whole of Nicaragua.the Guy on the front desk (in charge I think) was bilingual and very approachable. It has the perfect location 1,1/2 a block from Parque Central & Catedral de Granada 2 1/2 blocks from some of... More

This is a beautiful old mansion turned into a small hotel. It is very conveniently located in the city. Walking distance to several sites and most importantly many restaurant choices. The rooms are huge. The pool is enjoyable and private. They serve a complimentary hot breakfast. The workers are attentative. Only minor complaints-air conditioning is poor and don't expect to...
