This was our first stay and it will not be out last. STAFF: Were very friendly and efficient, professional service with a smile. PLACE: Extremely clean, rooms, kitchen... I would highly recommend visiting this place. ONE OF THE BEST IN NICARAGUA. Thank you! Visited December 2015

This hotel is a gem. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many, many hotels around the world and the service that this hotel provides is incomparable. The owner is the sweetest and between her and the staff, they went the extra mile to provide excellent service.

My wife and I found this wonderful hotel on our 10 day first time trip to Nicaragua. We booked our first 3 nights in San Juan del Sur and then headed north for the next week with no itinerary. We found the hotel by chance after not wanting to pick a hotel in downtown Granada. The staff, including Jania and... More

The administrator, Miss Jania Vasquez, didn't spare any effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We arrived late from a 250 miles road trip, and she personally cooked for us and cared for our every need. The next day we had the opportunity to greet all her hotel employees, who were as friendly and service oriented as she.

At the end, its all about the service. And we got the type of service you would expect from a high-end resort. Jania, the owner, provided a friendly and personalized service. We arrived late, tired and hungry from a very long travel day. She was able to get everything arranged for our large group, fourteen in total. She ordered food... More

During my first visit to Nicaragua, I was very hesitant to choose a hotel because I was unsure of where was the best place to stay. Luckily, I chose to stay at Hotel Palacio Real, which is located right before you hit the marketplaces of Granada. The staff here was very friendly, and they were able to recommend the best... More

This is a small hotel just as you enter the city of Granada. If you are looking for a more personable ambiance, then this is the place for you. First impression, their cleanliness was very distinguishable. They are a fairly new location that is under the radar, so you should take advantage when you are visiting Granada. The staff is...
