This place was fantastic. I had a great time here. It is not too far from central square (5min walk not even). The place was so clean it was hard to believe it was a hostel. We paid 15$ a night for the dorm room which was fine because we were the only two in it. The beds were super... More

This is a lovely building located close to the Parque Central, but unfortunately that's all it has going for it. I have to agree with the other reviewers who thought the staff was rude. From the moment I checked in, I encountered problems (reservation was wrong, no wifi) and the staff was unhelpful and indifferent. I didn't feel like a... More

With its beautiful tranquil spot this place nearly gets a 5. However to much disappointment we found out after settling into our room that it would cost an extra $26 on top of the already pricy $40 for the room to have the use of the already installed air conditioner. Also this information came after the very nice innkeeper gave... More

The two courtyards are stunningly beautiful, with a swimming pool in the second, it could be difficult to leave the hostel and explore the rest of Granada! Our private room was quite pricey ($34.5) but was large and pleasantly cool, owing to 2 large ceiling fans. Staff are so nice and warm, provide coffee in the morning and an excellent... More

The part "Backpacker" in the namne set the expectations way below what you actually get. We stayed in a double room next to the swimming pool. High ceilings with paintings, hot water shower and wonderful breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the cathedral. We can highly recommend this place.

We stayed in a double room in what they told us was the new part of the hotel, recently renovated, next to the swimming pool. We received great attention from the staff, specially the lady doing the cleaning and breakfast. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely come back for a couple's get away

What a lovely place! Charming, cozy, relaxing and tastefully decorated. The staff is delightful and very helpful. The hotel is a former home and the owner who grew up there (and happened to be at the hotel during our stay), gave us a tour and explanation of the hotel and the art work, all by area artists. It added a... More

If you don't mind bad/inexistent service and bathrooms that smell like sewage (surely a piping issue) and dirty showers, this is a good spot. It is a lovely colonial house and good location. Too bad the women who work here don't seem to care much about the well-being of their guests.

The Backpackers Inn was very conveniently located. The two patios are simply amazing to relax and rejuvenate here! We had one of the huge rooms, direct access to the pool, about 8 meter high walls and more than 35sqm of size. Very great and totally different to what we had before. Only disadvantage: The bathroom was compared to the rest... More

This is the second time I stay at Backpackers Inn. The hotel is located across from Iglesia La Merced in one of the nicer areas of Granada. The hotel is just gorgeous and the people who work there are the nicest. Wi-fi and access to the swimming pool are offered free of charge. Breakfast is included if you stay in... More
