The staff were excellent! This is as good a reason as any to stay here but here's more information: the room sizes were good, the hotel was very clean and reception was manned 24 hours. The pool and dining area were relaxing and it is literally two minutes walk from the main plaza. I found the area extremely safe and... More

Stayed here for one night, would have stayed another night for the price and location but they were booked out. Convenient location, 5 minute walk to Central plaza. Safe walk home (later than 9pm - suggest taxi). Rooms clean, linen fresh, good size including small flat screen TV, AC and bar fridge. Rooms look onto courtyard (pool and dining area).... More

Hotel was great. Clean spacious room. Clean large walk in shower (no tub) I don't bath on trips anyways too hot. Large pool. Mojitos were great. Comp laptop to use in front foyer. Breakfast was great! Fruit bowl and juice with Nic. Breakfast. Great stay!

The El Almirante is a Hotel we would definitely stay again. Very helpful and nice reception staff, a well maintained infrastructure and a very good Location, just a few minutes from the central square and the restaurant street, but still quite, so one will have a great rest during tthe night.

Just a few minutes walk from Parque Central and all the tourist activity this great little hotel offers everything you need and more. Having travelled through Central America for 9 weeks, this was my number 1 hotel. Reasonably priced, very clean with very comfortable air conditioned rooms, a nice sunny pool, a good free breakfast, wifi throughout, and secure parking.... More

I didn't stay over night in this hotel. However, being that it is off the main area in Granada it was a nice place to have lunch. It was bright and clean. Bathrooms well kept and provided toilet paper in a country were up to this point I had to "pay" for toilet paper...until I realized I had a box... More

I loved my stay in Hotel El Almirante. It has a wonderful location very close to the city center, the design, the small yard and pool add to the wonderful atmosphere. The staff speak English at different levels, so there was never any problem with communication. They checked me in early in the morning although their official hours are 14... More

For what this is, it's expensive. The pool is nice but is located in the central patio, which means that at all hours, particularly early in the morning, there may be shrieking kids in it - and the sound really carries straight into your room. (The hotel posts no restrictions on the hours of use, and there were a lot... More

Free complementary breakfast. Free parking space. Short walking distance to the center. $70.per double beds room 4 people stayed. we paid with visa cc. no problems. Would definitely recommend.

Just one block away from the main square, location is superb. Almirante is quiet, very clean and a pleasant place to stay. The tiny pool that gets to be in the sun only a couple of ours may look pathetic at first but it is actually a great addition. It was very pleasurable to come back from sightseeing in Granada...
