Stayed here for four days. Got a message daily. I recommend the 90 minute chocolate scrub. Breakfast is awesome and included! The pool, pool side drinks, and complimentary pool side foot rubs can't be beat. The property it's self is beautiful in every way. From the restored original wood, to the landscape.

PROs: The location is good and is the only thing we liked about this hotel. CONs: The hotel is 2-3 stars maximum, definitely not 4 stars. But has the prices of a 4 star hotel. We booked a 'deluxe room' and expected something nice. What we got was a bad maintained, big room, right under the roof. The floor and... More

I stayed here with friends for 2 nights in January 2014 and 2 nights again in April 2014. We stayed in the 2 rooms facing the front courtyard, one is red the other pink. They were big, clean, and I like the eclectic décor. The included breakfast was very good, a combination of authentic Nicaraguan and Western foods, and don’t... More

Stayed for 2 nights. When we turned on the water, huge ants crawled out of the sink. We got a new and better looking room without ants straight ahead. The new room had a broken door, wich was opening by itself radomly, leaving our baggage unprotected... A/C was good, hot water good, hotel looked nice, staff was spanish-speaking and helpful,... We stayed 2 nights here in March. The front desk staff was super helpful arranging a couple of tours and giving instructions. The massages were hit or miss. We got two each and the first left a lot to be desired but the second two were good. The ladies in rooms 2 & 3 were best. Ask for them. The... More

This hotel is very beautiful and safe. There is a chocolate museum inside which I highly suggest taking the time to experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the grounds meander here and there with beautiful gardens and courtyards around every turn. The rooms however leave a little to be desired. The restrooms aren't very clean and the... More

The Hotel Spa Granada is a great place to relax and unwind. Its location is almost perfect (a couple of blocks from the Central Plaza). The entire hotel staff just wonderful. If you choose to stay here, an all-you-can eat breakfast is included, along with a daily 30 min. massage/treatment. I stayed there for two weeks and arranged to have... More

We loved the art in this place. The staff is very helpful. Our room was without windows, as we discovered is the case for many rooms here unless you want to pay a lot of money. Still that wasn't so important. Beware that there are frequent fluctuations of hot and cold water in the shower. The pool is great, for... More

We didn't realize when trying to book a room in Granada that this was during the Poets festival. This was the only hotel we were able to find on line. A little above our normal price range, we were none the less pleased with our choice. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. The... More

My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights at this hotel in February 2014. We happened upon it via a web search when we got to Nicaragua. We both came away loving our time spent here. It is conveniently located in the center of the city, close to the market square and many restaurants. It has a great atmosphere, a colonial... More
