We just got back from four weeks staying at Miss Margrit's Guest House. Fantastic host, Chris , and his assistant Keely, can arrange almost anything for you. Booking a tour or asking for restaurant recommendations or just anything else, they are a treasure trove of helpful information. Beds were very comfy and clean and the rooms are all air-conditioned for... More

The only thing I regret is not having more time here (we had 3 nights and loved this place). - The BEST shower I've ever had in Latin America (or abroad for that matter). - Amazing, filling breakfast - Very reasonably priced for the comfort and amenities - Cold/quiet A/C - Quiet nights - no loud guests or ambient noise... This is a beautiful colonial house with gorgeous spacious rooms, comfortable large beds with powerful air conditioning (which is essential in Granada). We had booked a more expensive room with a nice balcony view over the pool. For the price we paid I would expect to have a decent hot shower which we didn't, the hot water had no pressure... More

We stayed at Miss Margrit's for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip and were really pleased with our choice..the rooms were big and clean with great A/C, and the gardens were beautiful & quiet with lovely comfy hammocks. Everyone was super friendly and Keeley gave us loads of helpful suggestions for trips and food..We did the kayaking trip... More

This review is long overdue! I was in Granada in Sep 2015 and spent 3-4 days at Miss Margrit's. Everything the other reviewers have shared is absolutely true! It's the sort of place where you don't ever want to leave...it has this magical, entrancing energy. You can lounge at this guest house all day long and be completely relaxed and... More

Beautiful rooms/house in a quiet location a bit away from the frey, but still an easy walk to the center. A true oasis in Granada! Chris is a wonderful host and Miss Margrit, his mother, a true delight. Such an interesting family...you truly feel like part of the family staying there. I stayed in 5 places in Granada in one... We were here for four nights in Granada. I can't say enough good things. It has 7 rooms (I think) and is set up as its name implies: a guesthouse. The rooms have AC and comfortable beds. Our room in particular was at the highest level, with great views of the city. There is delicious breakfast served in the mornings,... More

A very charming place with great staff and owner. Massage is also one of the best I had! Breakfast was our best meal of the day prepared in front of us. You feel part of the place. So happy we landed on this place in our tour in Nicaragua. Thanks Chris.

We had a great time in Grenada and mostly this was down to the hosting at Miss Margrits. Grenada is a great little town with lots to offer, but we had great advice on restaurants and activities from the host Chris who was a really cool English guy. The whole atmosphere of the place is amazing and the building itself... More
