I was traveling with a few friends around nicaragua, and decided to stay here during a 2-day excursion to Grenanda. I was thrilled with my experience and would do it again in a heartbeat! The space is just gorgeous with whimsical architectural details throughout the courtyards and the rooms. You get a sense of the jungles -- there's butterfly's throughout... More

My daughter and I stayed here at the beginning of our month long trip to Nicaragua. We liked it so much we came back for a few nights at the very end of our trip. It is a lovely, quiet, friendly place in a neighborhood away from all the tourists but still within an easy walk to the central park.... More

My friend from California and I enjoyed a relaxing day beside the pool and reading. In the evening we had a pizza delivered to the hotel and had a wonderful chat with other guests and locals. The house dog Lola and the feline Cat Face made us feel right at home. Our room had a marvelous view of Granada. We... More

Probably one of the best bed and breakfasts I've visited. Ask for the top floor for some gorgeous views of the city. The manager, Chris Allodi, does everything he can to make sure you have an enjoyable visit. From England, Chris understands American and European traveler interests. A nice departure from your standard hotel. You'll feel right at home eating... More

Fabulous spot in one of Granada's famous colonial houses. Gracious hosts, helpful and really, genuinely friendly. Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean, spacious, dark wood floor, walk in closet, great bathroom, a balcony - what more can you ask for? Excellent breakfast and abundant. Some of the best coffee I had in any hotel/B&B I stayed at. Excellent location. Great place to... More

We were in Granada for only one night this trip so we were not able to take advantage of all that Miss Margrit's Guests House offers -- like the nearby fitness facility, tours, or reasonably priced massages -- but maybe next time! However, what really makes Miss Margrit's a "10" are the people who run it. Thanks Chris, Rosa, et... More

After coming from the craziness of the city, Miss Magrit’s is the best way to detox. Since the moment, Andy picked us up at the airport, upon our arrival to paradise; we just blended in like locals and felt amazing. What a nice operation Chris is running. No rules or time commitments, just relax and enjoy yourself. The staff was... More

I stayed here in April 2014 and it still sticks in my mind. This is a five star guest house and that is that. The house itself is beautiful. The guest rooms are cool and spacious, with high ceilings, fine linen on the beds and a shower where water soaks away into an outdoor atrium. The breakfast was a communal,... More

I chose miss magrit's based on the trip advisor reviews and therefore had high expectations -- and yet the guesthouse and the staff met and exceeded them all. Miss Magrit's was my first destination after a late arrival into Managua. Chris, the owner, arranged my transport and was able to greet me when I arrived. He oriented me to the... More

This place is paradise. Chris is a wonderful host. Breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. The shower was heaven, wifi worked, and the pool is not to be missed. It is about 3 blocks from the heart of downtown Granada. Easy walk, safe and location is quiet. I would highly recommend!
