I stayed here in April 2014 and it still sticks in my mind. This is a five star guest house and that is that. The house itself is beautiful. The guest rooms are cool and spacious, with high ceilings, fine linen on the beds and a shower where water soaks away into an outdoor atrium. The breakfast was a communal,... More

I chose miss magrit's based on the trip advisor reviews and therefore had high expectations -- and yet the guesthouse and the staff met and exceeded them all. Miss Magrit's was my first destination after a late arrival into Managua. Chris, the owner, arranged my transport and was able to greet me when I arrived. He oriented me to the... More

This place is paradise. Chris is a wonderful host. Breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. The shower was heaven, wifi worked, and the pool is not to be missed. It is about 3 blocks from the heart of downtown Granada. Easy walk, safe and location is quiet. I would highly recommend!

This was easily the most welcoming place we stayed on our trip. Chris was always around when we needed to ask for advice which was so useful and saved having to read loads of blogs about which was the best route to take to somewhere, best place to get fritanga, etc He's also just a really nice guy! It was... More

I recently stayed at Miss Margrit's for three days. It was a very enjoyable experience. The owner and staff are great. The guesthouse was a welcome retreat from the heat and activities in Granada. It was always nice to know that at the end of a hot day of touring there was the expectation of a pool and a/c to... More

Really lovely getaway a 10 minute walk from the centre of Granada. Really enjoyed the stay. It was a quick stop for me and hanging out here during the peak heat times was awesome. There isn't much directly in the area but Granada is a little sleepy generally though.

Friendly and safe, this was a nice refuge from some of the more primitive accommodations we experienced in Nicaragua. The room had a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and was mosquito free! The building itself is very interesting and inviting with an open courtyard and cozy swimming pool. The staff were very pleasant and the service was excellent. Highly recommended... More

Stayed for a night before heading to Ometepe Island. The rooms are huge, the showers are hot, the house couldn't be nicer. The folks running the guest house are friendly and gave us great recommendations on how to spend our one afternoon and evening in Granada. Would have been great to have stayed here longer. This was one of the... More
